The customer service I have received has been very good. The dress I ordered had some issues, which I have to get fixed myself, but they have given a partial refund towards the alterations and been good in asking for feedback in how to avoid the issues in the future. I probably would order through Top Wedding again, but I would be very thorough in supplying as many measurements as could possibly be relevant to make sure the dress fitted better.

I ordered a hat for the Melbourne Cup and was 100% happy with the service I received. The hat actually arrived over a week earlier than expected, and had been very well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. To top it off, the hat was absolutely perfect and I would have paid at least 3 times the amount for it had I gone to a local outlet to get a similar item. This is the second time I have used Topwedding, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

So far I have gotten 2 of my 3 bridesmaids dresses through this company and love them both... I'll be ordering the 3rd dress in the couple of weeks.... The only downfall is the dresses aren't exactly the same but I don't mind as it allows the girls to be individual while wearing the same style of dress.

I sent the measurements for my wedding dress. It came about three weeks later and I am thrilled with it. It fits exactly in all the right places. I was a little nervous at times that I would get my dress on time. I would email customer services and they got back to me each time with the progress of my dress. Great service. A really nice dress that fits me perfect i got. Size is pretty normal but maybe the skirt is a little short. It can be a bit difficult to get the top to stay up, but just use some tape and it will last the whole evening.
I love the pattern of this dress and when you wear it you can feel that it's a really luxurious dress, I wore it to a party and got so many compliments!
