Digits fallen off watch face. No reply from Torgoen.

Bought a T18 watch in October 2025. Wore it a few times and by November 2025 two of the digits on the watch face had fallen off.
Contacted customer services who said they would send a replacement. Over a month later no watch or communication from them despite several emails until I used a different email address albeit an automated one!!! No further communication. Looks to me they have absolutely zero intention of replacing anything.
Avoid Torgoen, spend your money on a reputable brand.
UPDATE- 16-01-2025
Eventually received a replacement watch albeit the wrong one! Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bought a T16 3 years ago. It stopped working and I contacted Torgoen who asked that I returned it to them in the US. That cost £25.

The watch came back to me and in the box was a receipt for mechanism and new battery - total $20. When I looked at the watch the second hand was jumping every 4 seconds (an indicator of a nearly flat battery). The top button also did not work.

I had the battery replaced again but the buttons still didn’t work. I have tried to contact customer service now 4 times without response including emailing Blaine Reiss | Director of Customer Service

AVOID TORGOEN.

All that glitters is not gold!

I purchased the watch which looked good and seemed to be reasonable value for money. It was despatched from the USA. A month later I had to pay £50 import tax! I had not been aware of this when purchasing the watch.
When I received the watch I found that the glass was "clouded". Despite this, I kept the item rather than going to the trouble of attempting a return.
The battery for the watch subsequently expired. Upon taking the watch to a watch repair shop it was found to be impossible to remove the rear cover to access the battery. Various attempts to do so resulted in damage to the casing. The watch is now useless.

T18 Torgoen watch band

I purchased a T18 Torgoen watch about four years ago and while the watch has been OK I have found it impossible to get a new watch band for it. I have contacted the company twice and have had no reply. Unfortunately a watch is useless without a band.

Good watch, no customer support.

UPDATE:
Apparently if you leave a 2-star review on their website, they contact you. They sent me a return label for the strap I purchased.

I've had a T25 GMT for over 5 years and it's been a great watch. Several months ago the silicone strap started cracking. Not surprised since it's been my daily watch for about as long as I've owned it. Went to the website but couldn't find the same black strap with black buckle. I used the site chat feature to ask about a suitable replacement. No reply but it said they'd email me. 4 months later, no email. I decided to email the service address and ask my question. 3 weeks later, no reply. I decided I'd just have to buy a different style strap for it. Went to the website and found one. In the specs it says that it will fit a T25. Strap shows up and it's too small. I'd like to buy another Torgoen, but if their policy is to just ghost their customers when they ask for help, I think I'll go somewhere else.

Never trust this company

I bought a watch which I returned as it just seemed too big, I was informed of a refund but never actually received the money. Despite frequent emails, I'm still yet to receive the refund or a response from the company. Stay away!!!

Bought a watch Dec 22

Bought a watch Dec 22, its stopped working in March, customer service eventually replied and I need to send the watch at my expense to US. Surely they should pay postage, it has a 3yr warranty not 3 months!
Would not recommend buying a watch from them.

I haven't actually purchase a Torgoen…

I haven't actually purchased a Torgoen but have wanted to for some time. I'm a Tissot guy but I am intrigued by their intriguing design. Unfortunately I just received an email from Torgoen with "outlet sale pricing." So I took a look. The sales prices were higher than they were at the end of 2020. And the sale prices were the same as regular Amazon prices. Maybe I'm overly suspicious. I'm definitely confused. I'll keep watching and waiting but my beware alarms are going off.

Great watches let down by a lack of any customer service.

I own a TORGOEN watch and I love it.

I wanted to replace it, but before making the purchase I had a question about the watch and options for straps/bracelets.

So - I emailed. After some 3 weeks and follow up emails I have had no response.

I also used their on line chat facility via their web site . Again no response.

Added comments on their Facebook page. No response.

Left a message on Facebook messenger after almost 2 weeks I got an apology saying someone would contact me. I’m still waiting.

Nice watches let down by a complete absence of customer service .

I’m now looking elsewhere.

Be warned.......

UPDATE April 2022

I ordered another watch. There was a problem with the order.

This time the problem was resolved quickly and in a very generous way.

Many thanks to Torgoen, who are once again my favourite watch company 👍

Torgoen. Poor customer service…

I bought a Torgoen watch braclet for my previously purchased Torgoen watch. Both watch and bracelet have performed as expected, so far.
However, the company's administration leaves a lot to be desired.
On their website, at the checkout, it states that for UK and France orders, VAT with be added to the purchase price, which it was.
When the bracelet arrived, it had been despatched by ordinary mail, not as stated on the delivery note, FedEx. Attached to the mailing pouch was a customs declaration showing the value of the bracelet. As a result I was charged VAT again by Revenue and Customs plus an £8 fee imposed by UK post office for handling the VAT payment. The total was £17.78.
I emailed Torgoen "customer service" requesting a refund of this charge and received no response. After two weeks I emailed the company again and still got response. However I did receive an invitation to review my experience which I did, pointing out the poor service,
The response was to thank me for the review and send me a voucher to use against future purchases.
I will not be using it.
