Great Customer Service

My stihl strimmer was delivered to the wrong address (my fault as I gave the wrong postcode). The strummer was returned to the seller. I rang and was greeted by very friendly staff who said they would re send at no extra cost. It arrived 2 days later. Great service.

Close to home and good value. Would have been nice if someone had offers to chuck the big bags of pet food into the car for me.

Having had an email telling me my item…

Having had an email telling me my item was at the store and ready for collection I went in to pick it up. However, there was a hitch as the van delivering the item had broken down and after further investigation it was found that the item wouldn’t then be available until the afternoon.
As I had made a special trip in to collect my purchase I asked if there was any chance of it being dropped off when one of the driver’s was making another delivery in my area and very kindly this is what happened and my purchase was delivered yesterday after lunch. Thank you Torne employees for all your help.
