Poor Customer Service At Meadowood Mall Torrid

This company can help by cleaning up the immature employees that harassed, threatened, made fun of me etc on June 30th 2023. To be more precise the names were Hannah and another employee Courtney.

I use to spend time with Hannah honestly I went to the store to shop. You see I work with disabled people so they need Torrids clothing but so do some of the women in our office. I been there a few times never bought anything.

I did not know id run into Hannah but when I arrived she begin making fun of me with her coworker they were loud enough I heard it all about how my dick is small and how I am stalking her. I went in there with my gf she did not like the clothes she went to another store I went back in bought a bra for someone who gets sores with wires and this bra had none. She likes it but it was black and way overpriced I could have ordered something similar on Amazon for 15 dollars rather then spend 56 on it.

Courtney threatened me to leave the store even though I was browsing bras. She lied to me about the price too so I was stuck paying for it but the customer likes it so I will not return it.

After leaving a poor review for Courtney I get served with a civil complaint by Hannah basically all my friends, me and family now cant shop at Torrid. If I come into that store I will be arrested and the complaint mentions the review I left for her coworker now how does she know that unless the two of them are being vindictive?

With that being said my friends shopped back in December to buy gifts for the clients they are disabled so gifts are bought from Torrid then wrapped up for Xmas. Well Hannah was very jealous of the women and decided to tell me she is going to have them thrown out and call the cops because they have no right to shop at her store.

I shopped there was with another woman and a couple days later I get served with a civil order that I cant shop at Torrid. That order mentions how I had a gun in her store even though weapons are NOT allowed in the mall. It mentions how I brought bra all because her employee came up to me to throw me out even though I was going through the drawers trying to find a proper bra size at the time.

The entire experience was unprofessional and I am still considering getting an attorney. I am considering suing Hannah, Courtney and the store. Sorry but I do not care if I dated someone from that store its a public place I have every right to shop there, be there and my friends do too. Now none of us can go and that to me is very sad because I been going here for a couple months deciding if I am going to become a regular customer.

The order states that I also became a loyalty member so now that is a crime to right? I cant even believe that they would allow this to happen and I have every right to give the company a poor review. I cant even believe that nothing was done about it oh yeah it mentions she got in trouble at work which is why she went down and put a order against me in the first place. So maybe something was done but either way its not enough.

I suffer from disabilities I can barely walk most days. Now I got emotional trauma, distress and I been harassed because Hannah Brzuchalski and her employee Courtney decided to come up with a plan to get me back because what I came into her store with another lady friend and they thought it would be funny to corner me? Belittle me? Laugh at me? Kick me out of the store? I mean really come on!

All I got to show for it is a black plain bra and an order from the court house which is full of lies talking about how I purposely filed a poor review on her friend and how I had my gun on me total lies. For what so I cant shop there anymore or my friends? Its not right at all and honestly the products might be great at least some of them but the people working at that store definitely are not management material not when they act like that sheesh!

Therefore, right now they get a one star what else can I do but review my experience publically so anyone else going there knows that they have employees that do mistreat the customers especially the way I was treated come on now so what if I came into the store to buy a bra. Lets just put a restraining order on a man I use to date because I am jealous he is coming into this store with another woman so lets make fun of him, kick him out, file false restraining orders as if I am suppose to know Hannah was working that day.

Either way I doubt anything will be done but I am sure others will complain because Hannah has a tendency to be rude at times. Besides the fact she parties with the staff including her managers. So if she tells them hey this guy is stalking me even though I am not what do you think is going to occur? I am going to be kicked out even though I was literally shopping quietly and making a purchase.

Its messed up sorry but it is and it needs to be public people need to know the BS I had to put up with do not care what my past is with this person this is a public store come on!

Hit or miss

I got some decent pants and bras from them, but it took alot of money wasting because the sizing shown on the website is inaccurate, and most of the clothes are apparently made for fat asses and tiny vulvas. I ordered 5x swim shorts and they were not shorts at all, and the crotch part was SO FREAKING TINY. Extremely inaccurate marketing. The clothes look wonderful on the smaller models, but they dont hold up in bigger sizes well. Ive wasted so much money on their site because its my only option. Nothing else is available to me. Ive ordered from them multiple times so i just chose today.

I bought 3 bralettes 2 months ago. The elastic is shot in two of them already and at $38/ea it’s a ridiculous waste of money. I hand wash and air dry them so they should’ve lasted a whole lot longer than 2 months!

Used to love the place... now its gone downhill

Used to love the place. Truthfully i enjoy the styles. But i am writing this from the bathroom as i try to figure out how to hid a split open seam in my pants that have only been worn a few times. This is a theme lately as in the past year at least 6 of my items from them have suffered quality issues, usually in the seamwork. Ive got 3 shirts and 2 pants that ive patched due to bad sowing and this makes six. Im never shopping there again. The cuteness is not worth the "cheapness" of these overpriced clothes. I swear it didnt used to be like this.

Do not deal with their website.

In-store pickup isn't an option in Canada, so when I saw that to ship the blazer I needed was going to be $50 I decided to add a couple items. They shipped everything except the blazer, first they said it would ship separately, then they said it was cancelled. 3 days later the item I wanted is still offered in the size I ordered on the website so I reached out to have this rectified, and was served with some bs about the website being behind and don't worry I wasn't charged for the item. I asked if my entire order could be returned as I didn't need any of it without the blazer and was told the other items were clearance so non refundable. Whole thing feels like a sham to make me reorder the now more expensive blazer and repay for international shipping. Stay away from this shady company. If you go in-store, no problem, but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I will no longer be using this company at all based off the failed customer service when they could have made this right.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Finally got to a store where I was excited to finally be able to try the ultimate bra with front closure. Second time I wore it the clip broke! Contacted the company and was told call the store we can’t do anything for you. Called the store and they said they can’t do anything call the company. Contacted the company again by email and said sorry it’s out of our hands you didn’t buy online… what the hell. I live 4 hours from the nearest store. I put a review on the bra on their site and got an email that my review was ‘moderated’ and they wouldn’t post it. Are you kidding me, no wonder the website reviews are all good they don’t post the negative ones! Shame on Torrid, will never buy a singe thing from them again

Items weren't on final sale and now are and can't return. They weren't final sale on my receipt. The items quality is terrible, got a def Leppard shirt with 3 P:s. Everything is overpriced for sale prices, definitely makes me think about kohls law suit. Think torrid needs one.

screw torrid and the policy

screw torrid. I bought some bras from them back in November they didn't fit but they wouldn't let me return them I've been trying to sell them every since nothing. I ended up buying new ones in the right size. I've had them 5 months is all; one of them broke already. Torrid does not have a warranty so my 5 month old bra that I take care of by hand washing and hang drying I can't return or exchange because it's been more than 60 days their product was defective and the Bra wire snapped in half 5 months after owning it. I talked to 2 different people about this the 1st one was thankfully really nice about it about explaining it. The 2nd person not so much they rudely just told me that there's nothing I can do about it because I decided to wait until after 60 days to want a return and the best thing they can do for me is give me some cash. I didn't want cash I didn't want a return I want an exchange i spent an ungodly amount of money on bras because bras are expensive for my size but the best I can do is give me $15 and call it even. At least Victoria's secret allows you to an exchange of product if it's been defective less than a year after owning it

The clothing is aging but not in a good…

The clothing is aging but not in a good way, it's a bunch of ugly blouses, and tweety bird oversized shirts, mixed with cold shoulder potato sacks... all priced well above where they should be while the quality has been reduced 10 fold. Add in a barrage of constant "sales" driving all their actual sales, at the price these items should have been priced at to begin with.

This is coming from a VIP Torrid member for the last several years, but it just keeps getting worse and I think that membership is going away this year. It's all old, ill-fitting, out of style, and overpriced... Welcome to Lane Bryant 2005.

I have been a Customer for over 15 years and I spend thousands a year on your Clothing and Shoes.
Why would you remove my comment about dissatisfaction of not sending boxes?
You should have addressed me directly because you know who the comment came from.

I would never order from them again

I would never order from them again. A week ago I thought I’ll try them. Put 33 items in my order, then it say two items not available. So have 31 items on my order. Place my order……. then all the sudden I see how much shipping fee was. Mmm, I thought that is lots a money specially I went on the Canadian site to order. The next day I went and look at my mastercard acc. I swear I thought it said 265.64 last night, but on my MasterCard it’s 564. So I found out even if it’s on the Canadian site, they charged U.S $. So yesterday I received mail from them. Saying only 10 items is on my order, the rest is not available.(why didn’t it say that when I put my order in? And on top of it, they changed the amount to $381.76. Now you want to tell me 21 items is not on the order and the difference is about $160.00. Yea, they fool me. Did not get the items for the price it said or the discount. So it is more then a week and my order is not ship yet. Today I phone them, was on hold forever. Since my order was not ship yet I wanted to cancel it, they said no. They rip me off so bad.

Canadians BEWARE of Online Shopping: Poor Customer Service

I ordered some clothing that was relatively cheap and on sale for Black Friday and it was a great deal. The clothing was good quality and the shoes fit great for a plus size or wide foot. That being said I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, due to their return process and rude customer service support. If you are in Canada and thinking to order online from anywhere where there is not a torrid location close by to return the items to, I implore you not to order anything.
They will not pay for the return label, and although they ship from a Canadian location to save themselves money, they ask you to ship it to a location in the USA. So this makes the return cost you 80$-100$ easily. Might as well keep the poorly fitting clothes or shoes at that point considering you have to sell a kidney just to send back the items.
When speaking with customer service they were rude and unhelpful, they seemed to get this issue all the time and are more than happy to rip off customers left right and centre. They even suggested us to rent a car just to drive 4 hours to the nearest location to return the items to them but would not accept a shipment return anywhere in Canada. A bit absurd.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My order was placed on 11/25 showing all items in stock. On 11/26 the items I requested for store pick up were canceled. I placed the order for the canceled items on 11/26 for shipping. Shipped items were sent out in 2 packages 12/2. In today's climate that seems like a long time to wait for shipping. Today 12/8 1 of the 2 shipments is lost in transit. I received the other one. I reached out to customer support via email on 12/7 and didn't receive a response until 12/8 saying everything had shipped. I tried the chat feature but the mobile site doesn't allow it. So in my chat I was told contact them tomorrow since it hasn't been lost for 5 days yet. Slow shipping and inadequate technology make torrid an infuriating place to shop.

ordered gift cards

ordered gift cards, they never came, called customer service, and Some girl, offered to send replacement cards. Unfortunately when they came, they had no value. Two days later, still no cards and no refund. Terrible customer service. If you have hours to spend on the phone to try and resolve your issues, Torrid is for you! Its hard to get someone to actually slove issues. I will never purchase anything from them AGAIN!!!
