Great offers. Ships at a reasonable time

Bought a pair of tan ballerinas for the first time using their online store. I used to buy from the physical store when I lived in Asia but after moving to Europe, I wasn't able to find a physical store in my vicinity. I can say that the online store offers great discounts with reasonable shipping times.
Pros:
Seasonal sale available
Reasonable shipping time
Sends the paper bag, box, and dust bag with online order.

Cons:
Items are not always available (small stocks)

Kind warning, do not order from the mention website!

Dear customers!
I must warn you about orders placed on the mention website. Namely, a handbag was ordered from the said website on 11.03.2025. Since it was different from the one in the picture and the item did not correspond to the order I placed, I returned it on 14.03.2025. Upon receiving the shipment, I immediately contacted customer service both by phone and by e-mail, who confirmed that a refund would definitely be made for the incorrectly sent item. The said shipment was returned to the recipient and delivered already on 20.03.2025. So far, no refund has been made for the incorrectly sent item. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but there is no reasonable explanation as to why a refund would not be made for the incorrectly sent item. I have lost 495 euros. Customer service doesn't even want to deal with my problem, much less solve it! I am willing to send everyone pictures of the incorrectly sent item and email correspondence with customer service if requested! In any case, please do not place an order from this website, you will lose your money and the item!

Worst customer experience

Worst customer experience. They work with the worst parcel company DPD. They says my packet was send on Dec 2nd, and delivered to me on Dec 3rd. I have never received the package. They do not refund or send a new ones. I have 215 euros loss.

Don't rest on the laurels of your Brand name, make an effort.

Have waited 3 weeks for my parcel.
Every time I enquire I'm told to phone Fed-Ex Cross Borders.

I’m an International customer in Hong Kong with a 12 hour time difference. I don’t understand why you can’t call Fed-Ex Cross Borders to find out for an enquiring customer.

If you can’t or won’t look into this for your International customers, maybe you shouldn’t be selling to them.

This is not “my issue” but seems more like a Tory Burch delivery issue. Also if you can’t deliver within the time frame promised as advertised, then either don’t promise it or refund the shipping.

I have honestly never had such bad service from a known Brand name in all my 13 years of online shopping. You guys should at least pretend to take these complaints seriously instead of resting on your laurels and assuming customers will maintain brand loyalty.

I lost 545 euros to this company

I ordered 2 handbags online from Tory Burch France on January 6, 2021 and never received them. When I reached out to the company to request a refund, they told me to wait until March 5, 2021, and that they would have an update & refund for me by that date at the latest. They never reached out -- so when I reached out to them, they simply stated that they don't have any updates and told me to keep waiting. This is absurd & pure theft, and resulted in a loss of 544.95 euros.

Terrible experience with my first and…

Terrible experience with my first and definitely the last order. It seems like a big scam. Tracking showed my parcel as delivered to me (nonsense). Then I have got a message that the parcel was returned and whether I want to resend it, I agreed. Then, there was a message my item is not available anymore (what has been sent??? An empty box???)! Then I got a message I requested a return (of course not, I have nothing to return, just a bunch of messy messages!). Not serious service, avoid to buy anything there!

Spelling error in gift card

I had the purchase gift wrapped with a gift card since it was a present. There was a spelling error in the gift card. It took them 3 days to answer my first email and 16 (!) days to answer the second email (I didn't expect any reply to my second email since it was only feedback though).
