No support for label printers
Provides zero support for their products, unless there's a "contract". So just asking for basic information, like the default password for a label printer's web-interface, is dismissed. I got in touch with their German HQ, but the serial of the printer wasn't connected to any contract, so an official Toshiba representative was unable to create a ticket, and thus cannot provide any support for their own hardware. This wouldn't be a problem if this information was anywhere to be found in the product manual, a quick start guide, or anywhere on the product. Sadly, this is not provided, and credentials found online also don't work. As a result I am unable to change the settings of this Toshiba product, and Toshiba fails to help.
