Helpful Service

Our account manager Sadie was very helpful in making sure our stands were delivered on time- and went out of her way to do so. The feedback on the banners themselves from the sales team taking them to the event was extremely positive. We would use total-displays again for future purchases.

Great advice, Great service. Total satisfaction

Really pleased I used Total Displays. Sadie was really helpful and suggesting a visit to their showroom helped enourmously, enabling us to decide on a different stand set up than originally planned.

Good quality product delivered ahead of schedule allowing us to prebuild the stand.

amazing service amazing people

I contacted Total displays as it was close to home and thought it would be easy for me to visit. I wanted to try and find a company that would take some of the stress away from me for our professional beauty show at Excel. Well I found them and to be honest they have been getting easier to work with year after year as they have got to know me, the company I work for and our expectations. We had a slight problem at the start of 2013 with our pop up stand as its now 3 years old and was not going together as it should. Hannah and her team took all our comments on board and told me to leave it with them, they proceeded to put the stand up in their warehouse and sort the problem out. Myself and a staff member even had a training session with a lovely young man who could not do enough for us. So I left for the professional show knowing all would be ok and our stand would look good, Hannah even came down to the show to make sure everything was ok on the day.
So pleased I found this company as I can not fault them at all. We will be using again .

Total Displays were our first choice and it's easy to see why

Nicky Roberts at Total Displays is a credit to the company it's as simple as that. This was our first foray into the exhibition stand world and Nicky's advice etc. was greatly appreciated and I doubt the exhibition would of been as successful as it was without both Nicky's and Total Displays assistance.

Viztek will definitely look no further than Total Displays for any future similar requirements.

Excellent and Quick Service

I needed a display stand and banners on a very tight deadline for a show, and Hannah went out of her way to ensure everything was both to my satisfaction and delivered on time to me. She was very patient and supportive in getting the final few changes included in the final artwork.
I will definitely be using Total Displays again in the future!

Fantastic service!

I needed a banner in a hurry. So the artwork was done in a hurry. So there was a typo which a whole team of people missed! Thank goodness for Hannah - who spotted it, took the trouble to call, ensured the revised banner was done and the original deadline still met. Fantastic service! Thank you

Total Satisfaction

Nicky and the rest of the gang did a great job at very short notice when we needed a new set of pop-up displays and roll banners ahead of a major show.

Not only did they produce and deliver quality products - they also took a personal interest in what we do and the venue where we were due to exhibit in order to establish the best way to serve our requirements.

The 3D mock ups helped too (using our artwork), but the best thing was the price - beating the best quote we had elsewhere. I have no hesitation in recommending this lot to anyone who needs to look good and keep an eye on the budget.

Competitive pricing and solid customer service

I ordered a large pop-up exhibition display from Total Displays and the pre sales service was excellent, with James beating my closest price from other competing companies. The materials were produced well within time and to a very high standard. There was a slight hiccup with one of their suppliers so I ended up with a wrong component but the team reacted instantly and had the correct part in my hand and fast as international couriers could physically manage. It's the handing of this hiccup that has shown me most about Total Displays. Their attitudes and unquestioning willingness to rectify the problem (which is rare these days) gives me immense confidence in their service and as a result I'm now in the process of placing another order.

Fast, friendly and great products - outstanding company to deal with!

What a friendly company - account handling is beautifully handled by Total Displays (Hannah James) has a good work ethic, she often provides me with fast solutions at great prices with a very professional and friendly attitude. I'm never phased when calling this company and have the confidence that they can deliver on time.

Total Displays really add value to our supply chain

Our experience with TD is great. Account management is fantastic; Hannah provides competitive quotes quickly and takes a hands-on approach to seeing the logistics of ordering through to delivery.
I would certainly recommend to other business units or departments.

Great Service, Great Results and often with tight deadlines

As a Marketing Agency we have been working with Total Displays for several years as suppliers of Pop-Up Roller Banners and Display Stands for a number of our clients. Quite simply we stick with them because their service is always spot on, the quality of printed graphics is difficult to fault and they work pro-actively to meet our requirements and often tight delivery times. Craig our account manager is friendly, efficient and always takes the time to ensure our expectations are met.

Very Helpful

Speedy and Great Service

The general process with our relationship with total displays has come a long way since we started using you guys. Hannah now being our dedicated account manager has made things so much easier when it comes to ordering and delivering a range of products. We have very short timelines and Hannah's answer is never no but always finding a solution.

The only issue is the raising of invoices and then issuing credit back if the job changes (which they usually do). Hannah is looking into this for us and we are waiting for feedback.

Overall we are all very happy with the services that total displays and Hannah provides.
