Understands customer needs and deadlines

Total Displays have been supportive with our demanding requirements. They have proven to be good communicators with a flexible approach to our increasing needs. Good print and product quality and a Can Do attitude.

Very impressed by the quality of the service

I didn't know this company at all before I worked with them and I am very impressed by the quality of the service, the attention they gave me so far and how fast they are to respond to an issue. Personalised service as well.
I really appreciate working with Total Displays.

Great products, great service - couldn't ask for more

Since working with Karl at Total Displays we've had nothing but good experiences. We first spoke to Total Displays regarding purchasing an X-Gloo tent and having been so impressed we have since ordered lots of other banners/flags/pop ups etc.

All products have been great - especially the X-Gloo which is a fantastic bit of kit and got so many admiring glances from the public and other lealous exhibitors. Everything has been dealt with quickly, and when we have given last minute orders the products have been turned around with no problem at all. The team are always happy to help and also follow everything up to make sure everything was perfect and the products matched expectations - top products and great service all round.

Our challenges become their challenges

Many companies out there are very good at selling the product promise and then delivering something that does not meet customer expectation. 'We gave you exactly what you ordered' is the usual comeback.

It is rare for a company to invest themselves fully into a customer's needs; to become an advocate for excellence and an ally in assuring full customer satisfaction.

The irony is that it is not all that difficult to do - all it takes is somebody willing to spend a bit of time.

In our experience, Total Displays discussed with us the various product options given our event requirement. They sent over visuals of how each product would fit within our stand parameters - which made us feel comfortable that our purchase decision was correct.

But then they went further - the quality of display artwork is often difficult to imagine when reproduced at full size. The production team at Total Displays reviewed our imagery and told us that it was borderline for quality. I found this to be hugely helpful as it made us go back and find a better option.

The end result was a display that was perfect for the space we had and pin sharp in appearance, which was key to our making a strong and credible introduction to the European market for our industry sector.

While we will never have the requirement to become a big customer, it is reassuring to know that Total Displays is there to help us when we next have the need.

Fantastic, helpful, friendly and efficient service

I was contacted by Karl at Total Displays after I registered for the National Funeral Exhibition. We had already decided to buy our new stand through another company but the quote Karl gave me blew the competition out of the water. For about £100 less than the first company quoted us Karl offered me the Zeus system complete with lights and table top conversion kit where as the other company were only offering the pop up itself. Karl and his team were helpful all the way through including showing me how to put it up when I drove to Peterborough to collect it. I can not fault them at all and I will be using them in the future for all my pop up needs.

Great Flag and Service from Total Displays

Great shopping experience with Total Displays and excellent communication with Hayley Bowles who made it all worthwile. Delivery was smooth and the demo centre looked fantastic. Highly recommmended - thank you!

Outstanding After Sales Help

We were working to tight deadlines to have a floor standing banner made up to our specification and delivered to our office in Hertford in time for an exhibition in Plymouth. Karl at Total Displays assured me our deadline would be met - and indeed it was, with the banner being despatched by courier to us the morning before our exhibition day, for delivery by 1pm.

Unfortunately there followed a series of events with the courier company which meant that our delivery went missing. The courier had made a separate delivery to another company at our address but obtained a signature against our package which was subsequently left on the van. Their records therefore showed that our package had been delivered.

After many phone calls that afternoon Karl was able to track our package and he arranged for the courier to have it sent directly to the exhibition hall in Plymouth for earliest possible delivery the following morning. He was a star and really went above and beyond to help me.

A big Thank you to Karl and everyone else at Total Displays for helping me on what was a very frantic and stressful afternoon.

Quick, simple and cost-effective

Our donorflex promotional stands and banners don't change that often but, when they do, we rely on a quick, easy, no-fuss service, which is what the Total Displays team has always delivered.
Nothing seems to be too much bother for them -- although, to be honest, I've tried to find the limit of their patience on several occasions!

Great from start to finish

Excellent friendly company, with a fantastic turn around and did genuinley do what they said they would, and quickly.
I cannot fault the service or the product, I have just returned from an exhibiton and used our stand for the first time, it was flawless and well put together and did the job perfectly.
I WILL be recommending Total displays in the future.

Extremely professional yet personable service - Fantastic!

People expect excellent service - and you will certainly receive this from Total Displays.
From advice pre-order, through design, production and even a phone call whilst setting up the stand for our show, I cannot sing the praises of Gary Maycock and his team highly enough. If you've never "done" a show before or you're unsure of what you need -give them a call. I'll certainly work with them again.

Excellent pre-sale service and a top product

We ordered this pop-up stand for a trade show we are attending overseas. The ease of transportation - the airline accepted to have the bin/desk checking in as luggage, which was great - and of assembly does make this product to stand out. At the end of the show, it was as good as new and was quickly disassembled and readied for the trip back. Thank you for a great product and support throughout.

A Star for delivery and quality of goods provided

My experience from start to finish was a breeze. The contacts I had with Total Displays were all very helpful and arranged everything as I asked. I would highly recommend the supplier to other colleagues and customers and will definitely be using them again in the future.

A good company where customer service seems to be a No 1 priority

We wanted to buy a new display system and the company we used previously were no longer trading. Trailing the websites we decided on Total Displays and ordered a system. Our system arrived and we were very pleased with it. I was then asked to buy another one. We did have a problem that the material used on the first one was no longer available, so we settled on another colour and Total Displays gave us a spare set of panels in case we wanted to use the 2 systems at the same time. Michelle (who we ordered from) couldn't have been more helpful and we would like to thank her for her support in buying these display systems. We would definitely use Total Displays in the future.
