Friendly, professional and efficient.

I was very happy with the service I received from the team at Total Displays. They were able to advise me on several different options to fit my brief and delivered a high quality product whilst meeting my tight deadline. I found them friendly to deal with and they were very proactive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great service quality results

Great quality products. But it doesn't matter how great a product is; I will never use the same service again if the customer service isn't up to scratch as this impacts the smooth running of my own business. Needless to say I will be retuning to buy more products in the future.

This was was first experience of using Total Displays and I cannot fault their attention to detail!

From the first call introducing themselves and their capabilities, nothing has been too much trouble, and they have gone out of their way to ensure that every detail was covered off in good time in order to ensure the completed project was delivered on time..which was vital as this work was required for a major exhibition. I cannot thank them enough...Total-Displays now has a very happy and satisfied customer in GemaTech who will be returning for more of the same before too much longer!

Really superb. Will definitely use again

Extremely impressed with the service. Point to point contact was frequent and they worked well around our requirements and alterations. Received the products on the day that they specified and even had them delivered straight to our stand and the conference centre. Banners were very simple to build in seconds, very durable and able to pack back down quickly afterwards into the supplied carry cases so we will be able to use them again.
Again very impressed with both product and service. Our input was relatively minimal and they put in the hard work and exceeded our expectations.

Efficient and friendly - what more do you need?

We were on a tight deadline but Total Displays responded well. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and kept us updated on our orders progress. I will certainly use them again if needed and would recommend them to others.

Perfect Service

Fantastic sales service, the whole process was extremely quick and completely painless. The final banner is indeed very nicely printed and surprisingly robust too. I wouldn't be able to fault any part of the whole process!

Great quality product from lovely people.

Everyone I spoke to/emailed at Total Displays was very professional, easy to work with, polite and friendly making the ordering a breeze. The product itself arrived very well packaged. We did have an issue with misalignment but have learnt that the problem can be handled by just slightly pulling up the graphics when we align them.

In relation to price, we check prices constantly and strive to be the most competitively priced supplier on the market. Unfortunately sometimes the odd one might slip through. This is where we have a lowest price guarantee where we guarantee to beat the price on any like for like product and would welcome the opportunity to do this for you.

With regards our terms and conditions, these are designed to protect both our customers and ourselves and are not any more or less stringent than that of our industry.

However, referring to the terms is a last resort and not something we would usually do. I understand we may have lost your custom, but I would welcome the opportunity to make this right with you. Should you require anything that we can help you with, please contact me directly and we will ensure that you get the level of service that our many thousands of other customers are used to, and that you should have felt the first time

Great Stand :-) Poor Communication;-(

The stand looks great. The communication was shoddy. Though eventually someone ( a manager I think) rang me back.

A lady was very trite with me about payment and delayed the stand arriving as planned. Her tone towards me was unacceptable.

As I kept attempting to explain I had been waiting for a call to pay for 3 days! Luckily I had the email trail. Personally I was disappointed that the postage was not covered by them. Disappointing really as we are a marketing company that recommends companies like this. At the last count we have recommended 4 of our clients to another company.
A bit of customer service training would not go amiss.

Pity when the stand looks great.

Fantastic service I couldn't have asked for better

It was the first time that I had had to order a display stand and My business development manager Simon Williams exceeded all my expectations, I constantly had questions, none of which were too trivial for Simon to answer. Our company received a fantastic level of service and will definitely recommend Total Displays to colleagues, friends and we will not hesitate to return to Total displays with future business.
