Tom has provided me with the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and just goes that extra mile. I knew Total B had a good reputation - was really pleased to find that was a well earned reputation.

Bathroom purchased recently with the assistance of Andy Webb.
There were one or two blips but they were dealt with efficiently and that in my opinion is the true test of a good company. My blips ironed out super fast by both Andy and also a shout out for a gentleman called Rob who was a star on video cam.
I would recommend In a heartbeat.

Invaluable help. My wife and I are both oaps and were strongly advised by family members to update our bathroom, especially the overbath shower. A walk in shower for safety reasons was recommended. We sought the advice of total bathrooms and andy Webb carried out a site survey. Because of his help and guidance total bathrooms were assured of our custom. We were delighted with the quality and price of the products they sold and found the staff friendly and helpful on our subsequent visits to the showroom. A mention also for the pleasant attitude of the delivery driver who gave us a prompt delivery to our house. It was a welcome pleasure to be able to deal with the same staff member throughout the ordering process.

We used Total Bathrooms to source a lot of components for a self-managed new bathroom project, visiting the showroom and warehouse on a number of occasions.

Everybody we dealt with was pleasant and very helpful. The company also has a great seconds' warehouse, where various components can be picked up at a great discount (some of them are damaged but there are a lot of no-fault returns there too).

The whole experience, from first contacting them to getting the final quote has been extremely efficient. Would highly recommend them, especially Andy Webb who went the extra mile to help us bring both rooms in on budget and with the spec we wanted. First class service!

I've bought various bathroom items from Total Bathrooms and they are always really helpful. If any items are missing or not included then they are quick to provide them, usually free of charge. For example, I had installed a sink unit but the waste pipe was at the wrong height to connect with the existing pipework. They happlily gave me a U-trap that had an exit at the right level.

We've been shopping at Total Bathrooms for over a year, with multiple renovation projects at home and in our guest houses, and it has always been the most pleasant, professional and comprehensive experience. I am always confident about getting the best choices for our designs, thanks to Tom and Lee and Andy and the other team members. No matter who you talk to at Total, you always feel like these people care about your project and absolutely always mind your interest and budget. The product choices can seem overwhelming at times, and the guidance you get is essential. You truly don't feel like you're doing any project alone. I think this is an exceptional team and we are very grateful to have such a brilliant business in Bath!

The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I got what I came in for which came in under budget. An awesome company to deal with and would deal with again in the future.

Having fitted out a shower room with items from Total Bathrooms some years ago I was seeking a replacement 'soft close' hinge for a cabinet mirror door that had developed a slight glitch and wouldn't close completely.
Natasha went out of her way to look for one in their stores but was unable to find an exact match. She then got onto the manufacturer and sourced a replacement which was delivered within 24 hours. The best bit ? Totally free of charge ! Service over and above that expected these days, I cannot praise Total Bathrooms highly enough.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Total Bathrooms. We dealt with Rob Myers throughout and he was really helpful. He drew up plans for our bathroom with suggestions on the best items to fit the size of our room. Our order arrived with us in plenty of time for our fitters to do the work. Everything is now in place and the bathroom looks great. We had no problems with this company, everything moved along very smoothly.

Excellent service from total bathroom from start to finish. Lee was phenomenal in his approach, cooperation, flexibility and professionalism. Other staff members including Natasha was exceptional in sorting out any change in my order. I picked up wrong sized shower tray but whole team was so understanding and cooperative in getting me the right shower tray with least possible delay. I was greeted with kind words each time I called to get an update. Entire team was extremely understanding and helpful and always got back to me when I wanted. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are team of gems.

Deborah at Total bathrooms was excellent in guiding us through our new build en-suite and bathroom designs with expert follow up and advice. We would definitely seek out Deborah’s assistance again in future projects.

At the beginning of lock down we had two leaks in our en-suite bathroom serious enough to need new furniture after the leak was repaired. Having found a couple of companies supplying the range of furniture we needed we contacted them both. Total Bathroom phoned us back within two days of our email being sent. They discussed our requirements on the phone, took the details, ordered the items from the makers of our furniture and had it ready for collection in less then 10 days. All along they kept us informed and could not have been more helpful, efficient and effective. We are so impressed. We will only use them in future for any bathroom related refit, repair or replacement items.
Needless to say after 9 weeks we still haven't heard from the other supplier!?

Great quality bathroom and tiles. Work carried out quickly to an excellent standard. Customer service outstanding. We have always had a problem with our water pressure but Total Bathrooms have managed to resolve this - above and beyond what was promised.
