1* for holding back the OBF Build and…

1* for holding back the OBF Build and Battle stadium until the SV3 binder released.

Especially since the Paldea binder was delayed 2 months.

You order more, they make you wait longer to try and save on costs, standard rubbish Total Cards service. Never seen such BS from anywhere else at all.

Please pre-order from anywhere else and not here.

Preorder letdown very dissapointing

Sorry but to have delays on release day due to 'courier issues' is unacceptable especially when told on the day of release. Communication is key here, refunded with no issues but you pre order for a reason, certainly not to wait over a week. Will be preordering from elsewhere sorry.

Every Pokémon pre-order is always late

Every Pokémon pre-order is always late. They seem to be the only card shop that doesn’t send cards out on the day they come out, unlike their competitors. Their reason was ‘couriers faults’…yet every single time. I’ve gone back and forth since vivid voltage to give them 2nd/3rd/4th chances and now I’m just done.

I finally received my Booster Box

I finally received my Scarlet & Violet - Obsidian Flames booster box I ordered, which came to £109. The price was good, and total cards seemed a good choice at the time, despite my worries on the previous countless reviews regarding their failed preorder launches.

I ordered on Thursday 10th August, and it’s now the 23rd August. In total, that was 13 days of waiting— just shy of 2 weeks.

After their announcement regarding the failed preorder launch of Obsidian Flames, I completely understood the reasons for delay and that I should be patient. However, in circumstances such as these, you should give a proper timeframe of when customers can expect their order, and be it not a false promise. I was told orders were expected to be delivered by the end of last week, which if I recall was sent on Wednesday. I am now sitting here finally with my order, but far from what they said to expect.

In conclusion, I suggest to refrain from pre-ordering from total cards until they fix this problem and change suppliers for their preorders. Preorders are always expected to be with you on release day, and if not then the day after. Total cards should also be honest about how they’re going to move forward in order to stop this from happening again, as I’m sure it has put off many customers from buying from them again. That being said, I probably won’t buy from here again, and if I ever do - I just won’t be touching preorders.

P.S, package came well packed, got some average hits & $17+ valued card that I’m happy with, some cards were slightly bent/curved but that’s expected from cards such as holos. Also didn’t get a free sweet but that’s ok.

Would not recommend preordering

Pre-ordered two booster boxes of obsidian flames, no communication until the day of release when I was then told my order would be delayed without giving a shipping time! No communication on an expected shipping date so I got a refund.
Friendly staff on queries and the prices are cheap but the lack of communication is really poor. I won't be ordering from them again

Total(ly) awesome!

Total Cards is my “go to” for ordering cards online. Prices are great and I’ve had an easy experience of their price match promise.

Whenever a new Pokemon set is coming out, I always make my preorder with Total Cards, their preorder bundle with the limited edition Vault X binder is perfect!

I’ve also had the good fortune of winning one their giveaways too! A pleasant surprise and shows that they’re a legit giveaway to get involved with.

I can’t leave a review without mentioning the Total Cards team. Every communication experience I’ve had has been fun, helpful and prompt - special mention for Andy!!

I highly recommend them as an online seller and it’s a definite 5 stars from me!!

Preordered a card folder

Preordered a card folder (VaultX 9 pocket edition). Delivered on time. Really like the free gifts of sweets Total Cards offer. Will shop here again for any collectable card games, for sure. Pricing wise, I think it is reasonable.

Do yourself a favour and use Chaos Cards.

Like many other's over the last 2 weeks, I Pre-ordered multiple items for the Pokemon Obsidian Flames. An ETB, Booster Box and some other cards. The 11th comes, and no delivery. How can this Website who claims to be the biggest TCG Website not have available stock. I understand they recently had a break in but you didn't need to take Pre-orders if you are struggling to recoup losses. The Customer service can take over 24 Hours to respond to you and then its with a non answer.

I managed to get my Refund back and went straight to Chaos Cards. Ordered it around 3pm in the afternoon and recieved my delivery the next morning. Never use this company for your TCG needs, there are hundreds out there with better standards.

Delayed preorder again

Product is good as its vault-x but another preorder from total cards which has been delayed. I have never got a preorder from total cards without it being significantly delayed.

Never Pre Order from here

Always had good service from Total Cards but this recent pre order has been an awful experience

Was no communication about the delay for one
I waited until the next week to message to find out and was told by AJ i could delay my dispatch until today as I was going on holiday
To then having no movement on my order and when i messaged was told essentially that ill get it when i get it

When will i get it? Who knows
£230 where i couldve bought from 5 stores i went around the last 2 days
Treated myself for my birthday and now its come and gone so thanks 😊

Delayed but what a price and what customer service

My order was delayed by a few days, these things happen. I feel very pleased by the replies from Andy and Ryan from their customer service team and have the empathy to understand that it really isn’t their fault.

I will continue to use Totalcards as my order was well packed and incredibly priced.

It’s a delay, I’m very confused by the insane amount of negative comments because someone didn’t get their Pokemon cards for a few days. Very sad in my opinion.

Pre ordered obsidian flames on…

Pre ordered obsidian flames on 01/08/2023. Release date of the 11th. It’s now the 17th and I still have no order and it’s not even been dispatched. I was told I had some reward points added to my account but they’re not there and even if they were, I won’t use them again anyway. The product was a gift for my partners birthday that was on release day and £148 and several emails later I still have nothing

Had a few issues in the past and always…

Had a few issues in the past with orders but always got resolved. The main issue I have is how terrible and slow their website is. Its extremely frustrating and runs like complete trash all the time which is why I rarely use them any more. If they ever sort their website out I would start ordering more often. Hopefully they fire who ever made the site as it is the worst Ive ever seen and used.

Preorder delayed and no updates

Preorder delayed and at this point had still not shipped or been processed. No timescale when update requested and was just told that there were 1000s of orders for them to work through. Abysmal service and will not be using again, sadly this was my one and only experience of them.

Customer support we’re honest about how swamped they were and Ryan cancelled my order very swiftly. It initially took over 20 hours for their first response. Can’t fault Ryan or the customer service team.

I have since ordered from Chaos Cards who, for £2.50, have processed and dispatched my order already for a delivery tomorrow. All of this took around about an hour from start to finish.

Failed pre-order launch.

This was my first time using total cards for a pre-order and I still haven't received it or had any confirmation of when it will be sent out for delivery. Pre-order was the 11th it is now the 15th.

Highly unlikely I will use this company again unless they improve drastically.
