I appreciated the timely advice that my product was due to expire and the useful update about how the new product had been changed and improved. The price was very competitive and website easy to use to place my order. Delivery was super fast which was really appreciated. First car
I bought my first car from Evans Halshaw in Edinburgh at Baileyfield and it was a very pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to look online at the cars in the lot before heading down to look in person. I spotted the car in the lot and went in for more details. I was offered a text drive after a chat with one of the sales executives. I liked the car a lot and the service and put down a deposit that day. He went through all the additional charges e.g. Warrenty etc and stated the benefits but did not pressure into buying any additional offers. I picked up the car and drove it home and will be enjoying the car, especially as I know don't have to get the bus to work!

Apologies for the delay in receiving your product. We use Royal Mail for the delivery of these products and normally delivery is within 2-3 days, however it seems during the lead up to the Christmas period Royal Mail deliveries have taken a little longer. I'm sure once this busy time has passed, deliveries will be back to normal time spans.

Postage was added to the bill even though it said free postage on the email which I received advertising the product. I emailed to ask why this was so and have received no reply although there was ample time to respond.

I apologise for the delay for your response, unfortunately due to the pre-Christmas rush we have not been able to answer enquiries as fast as we would of normally liked. As for the delivery charge being added, we had a system error which was adding these charges on. I have now refunded your delivery charge. I hope you find this in order now. Our system has now been corrected and we are back on track responding to our customer enquiries.
