I paid for a website to be made.In their add it says will be completed within 6-12 days.I wanted to catch the xmas rush.After emails asking fort a response I have heard nothing!They dont even respond.Last Monday I was sent an email saying I will receive first draft on Monday, its friday and I still haven't had a response. wrote to the a couple of days ago and opened a paypal case and still they haven't responded!I want my money back so I can pay a PROFESSIONAL company who have communication skills to make my website.I will be sharing this bad experience with everyone!Paypal please please refund my money as I don't want to work with these jokers!

I ordered a website design on the Total Creation website. It's over 4 months now and my site is nowhere near ready, nor are they even in contact with me. I have no idea what is going on. It makes me wonder if they are actually offering a service.

When I placed the order, I received an email naming my designer. I was also sent a questionnaire, which I sent back within 24 hours. Over a month went by, and I heard nothing from them. I have chased them up, asked for a status report and even asked for a refund of my money, all to no avail. Another month has gone by. They don't respond to messages and there is no telephone number to call in the event of problems like the one I encountered.

Total Creation has been an absolute nightmare that I won't wish on my worst enemy. Never again!

Extremely happy with total, I feel I've found my one stop shop for all my website needs. I've recently started my own weight loss business which sell's PT, nutritional consultations, weightless and supplements.Having plenty of experience in health and fitness but none in website design I was unsure where to turn. I cam across Total Design via a google search and initially thought the site too good to be true. I purchased a basic 3 page CMS package not too sure how good the result would be, to my amazement the final product was more satisfying that I had ever anticipated. I'm extremely happy with the work completed for me and especially with the price. Even after completion the guys have been attentive to my satisfaction, asking me if everything is as I wanted. I cant sing their praises enough, extremely happy with the result and I'd recommend them to everyone.

I've been asked to write a review on here and I am happy to oblige because I am more than happy with their services. They did exactly what they promised and everything what I asked. Total Creation created me great CMS website for under £100! No firm can offer that service! And I am sure everyone check the reviews before they purchased any product and I did the same checked Total Creation before purchasing anything. I was very scepital of all the bad reviews and for the amount of money they asked while other website designers ask much more. It would have cost me much more if I asked a different service provider to do that for me. Despite all the bad reviews I accepted the risk of losing all of the money and purchased their service online! So the final result, the amount of time and work spent by Total Creation would've been the same compare to a different web design service provider. I have an amazing website now which could've cost me around 400-500 GBP. But with Total Creation I did Saved hundreds of pounds and they are truly value for money.

Overall I had a very good experience with them.

and have had no problems whatsoever with the service they provide. I have always found them helpful and responsive when needing any changes made to my website.
I have recommended them in the past to friends who are looking to have a straightforward low cost solution to having a website made. Rob worked via email to get what I wanted just right and has been very helpful over the years with hosting, domain renewal and any changes I need made. So yes you do most of the design work in conjunction with the company. That is why it is so cheap. Some of the terrible reviews here seem a bit harsh to me.

Total Creation asked me to write a review on here and i am happy to oblige. Lee created me a 8 page website for well under £100! To be honest i was scepital of all the good / bad reviews but as the other reviewer said it does feel like they have been targetted.

I had a good experience, yes you are unable to speak on the phone but they explain that to you before purchase. The site was very modern and was fully published, all i had to do was feedback and provide the text. Lee even provided the professional stock photos.

If you are looking for a small website and you don't have a lot to spend then this is ideal for you. Thank you.

We were unhappy with the service from Total Creation, because many of our emails were unanswered. We found the process quite stressful.

We received emails after our review and after some discussion they offered to make changes to our site so overall we managed to resolve the situation.

I would really recommend TotalCreation, i am not sure why they have been targeted on here but they asked me to leave a review and i am only more than happy to do so.

I have been with them several years and their service is very professional, quick and timely. I have had my site redesigned by them twice over the years. I would recommend them.

The company produced two good websites. Dealt with requirements and amendments promptly. After sales service had been good. I would definitely use the service again.

Did not keep in contact, once they had our money they wanted no further contact with me unless I paid £220 to talk at there offices for an hour about putting things right ( this must of been to put me off)

My advise, there are a lot more professional companies out there who are interested in doing the right thing for there clients not taking advantage of them

if you want a site done, go local, visit the offices of the people who are going to make your site, make sure they don't charge you for visiting.

There are some fantastic companies out there, the one I am using now invited me in, I sat down with the designers and director, they even made me coffee, and I have recommended them to family and friends.

My advice go else where, total creation are totally unprofessional in my eyes.
They did not refund us, and we went else where at our cost and we are a charity trying to raise funds, this company has no morals
