It definitely helps to have a home warranty. When my dishwasher went out recently, I called in to Total Home to file a claim and set up an appointment with a repairman. I figured it would take a few days but he came out and repaired my dishwasher the next day. The process was easy and my repairman was very knowledgeable. The repair took no time at all. I am a big fan of saving time and money, so again, having a home warranty was helpful in this situation. I’d recommend all homeowners purchase one because it protects you from unexpected bills and emergency costs, which no one likes or needs!

Thank you once again for making me feel like a valued customer! In this day in age, I feel that so many customer service agents just are not concerned with the needs of their customers. I was made aware by the amazing staff here that is not the case! I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice the last time I called in. That was the best feeling! When I spoke with the agent, who's name escapes me, she was so happy and eager to help me, and recalled that we had spoken before. She was quick to pull up my file and help me with my needs in very little time. I was on and off the phone in just minutes, and was able to continue on my way to enjoy my day!

This is one of the best companies I've been a customer of. They are easy to reach and honestly, every call I've had with them, I've hung up the phone much more informed. They take the worry out of every situation. They process claims promptly and professionally, which is a real plus to me. I really don't have the time to check up on companies that I'm paying to make sure they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. They do what they promised and then some. Definitely worth the money.

I am extremely satisfied with my home warranty coverage provided by Total Home Protection. When our air conditioner went out, customer service didn't waste any time getting our repairs done. After gathering all the necessary information, a technician was scheduled to arrive early the following morning. A very professional technician arrived on time and was able to promptly repair our unit. He explained the repairs he made and the likely cause of the breakdown, suggesting ways to use our unit more efficiently. In less than a days time, we were once again living comfortably in our home, thanks to Total Home. Really happy with the company.

This company is very prompt in dealing with customer issues. As a homeowner you just know repairs are coming be they big or small. Sometimes they threaten to disrupt your lifestyle or cause damage to the rest of your home. Having this warranty really gives me peace of mind. Total Home really works quickly to have technicians come out, and claims processed. I look at this like any type of insurance, you won't have to use it everyday but when you ultimately need it, it is there for you. It helps too when the customer service reps are helpful and attentive as repairs can be worrisome. I rest better just knowing that I have this coverage.

I bought a home warranty from this company and I couldn't be happier. I was at work early one morning when my wife called and said our hot water heater stopped working. Anyone knows that no hot water can be a serious problem. I called them up and went through the easy process of filing a claim. Two days later, I had a reputable repairman that came out and fixed it for us while I was at work. My wife was there to receive him and she kept going on and on about how professional he was. Having this home warranty saved me a ton of money and time. I recommend you also have one if you're a home owner.

I'm leaving this review because everyone needs to hear the truth and take what I say seriously. If you are anything like me then you will want to invest in a home warranty. I almost didn't and I have to say it really saved my behind. Not only did my washer flood my basement and ruin hundreds of priceless photos, things that cant be replaced but my hot water heater went bad 3 days later. The amount of money I would've had to pay for these back to back emergencies would've been insane. I'm glad I had THP to work with me in getting people out to fix both my washer and my hot water heater in a timely fashion.I'm sad that my photos are ruined, but glad that I was able to save some money while getting my repairs done. I can use that money to make new memories! I hope this review is helpful to others as customer service was helpful to me. I want to say thank you to Total Home for all their help and peace of mind.

I’m one of those that actually doesn’t use the garage for my vehicles but rather as an extra room…specifically my Man Cave. So imagine my frustration when I had opened the garage door and it stayed open. It was literally stuck. I tried just about everything I could think of to bring it back down but this was something that needed more than just some brute strength and WD-40! I made a phone call to the company's customer service line and spoke with Tom. The first thing he asked if my garage was connected to my house or separated. When I said it was connected he was quick to point out that having the door stuck open like that was a security risk to my home and family. I hadn’t even thought about that. Wow! That showed how much Tom cared and was on top of things. He expedited my request with haste and got a contractor to come out and fix that door quickly. If you own a home you need to have the good folks of Total Home on your side!

I am very happy with my home warranty from this company. They have saved me a lot of money. The home we purchased needed some repairs, but the inspection showed that everything was fine. Nevertheless, I purchased a warranty, just in case and thank goodness that I did. After two months, the air conditioner gave out and six months later, the oven broke. Total Home sent someone over within one day in both cases. Luckily, the AC needed a new capacitor and after getting the part and installing it, it began working right away. The oven had some wiring that needed replacing and was fine also. I only had to pay my deductible. Whew! The technicians were super and the customer service rep was great. They took care of everything. I am definitely renewing my warranty. This is a must have for great service at a great price.

Somehow my dish rag fell into my garbage disposal without my knowledge. Needless to say I continued using my garbage disposal until one day it completely stopped working. I couldn't figure out why until one day I looked into my garbage disposal with a flashlight and noticed my dish rag caught inside. I managed to pull most of it out, and disposed of what I could, however, my garbage disposal still did not turn on. After that I gave up, and instantly called Total Home. They had someone out and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I didn't have to pay anything of course, and my garbage disposal works as if it's brand new. Thank you Total Home.

Having a home warranty is a must have when having a home. It’s an extra layer of protection when the unexpected happens. When my sewage system sprung a leak, I called my agent and within a few hours I had a contractor come out to my home and fix it. It was so easy and stress free because I didn’t have to do the legwork of finding a reputable contractor OR pay an enormous bill. My home warranty covered most of the cost of the repair. I will never go without a home warranty again.

When I first purchased my home, I wasn't sure if I was going to need a home warranty. My realtor made the recommendation to purchase one for the unexpected. She told me that she had one on her home and she would never buy another home without it. She recommended this company, and I decided to check it out. A pipe ruptured in my laundry room. The damage was severe – my laundry room, part of my garage and kitchen were ruined. I'm happy that Total Home approved my claim to have the pipes repaired/replaced, because I knew it would cost me to have the secondary damage fixed. The contractor sent out by Total Home repaired the pipes without hassle. He was able to find the root of the issue and fix it so it wouldn't happen again. I was really impressed by this; it was such an honest thing to do. He was also very knowledgeable, and he was eager to share his assessment of the situation with me. I would suggest Total Home to anyone, not having an extended home warranty is a gamble.

My husband and I searched for a long time for the perfect home warranty. We wanted something that covers electrical, plumbing, and some of the smaller things like appliances, even as little as the ice machine in our fridge. Something that covers our pool was just icing on the cake! We finally found it with Total Home Protection and were so happy. This warranty is a dream come true and totally worth the money. I had some problems with my stove at such an inopportune time. I had family coming from out of town in a few days and we were supposed to have a big family meal upon their arrival. I wanted to use my home warranty for the first time to repair it but I was nervous that the process would take much longer, and even considered just paying out of pocket to get the repairs done quickly. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I called the customer service line and was able to have a technician scheduled for the next day. He told me I needed a replacement, and when I called back customer service, they were very helpful in ordering a new stove. Everything was installed and ready a day before my family arrived. I have a big family. A really big family. That's why my most loved and hated home appliance is the washing machine. When it suddenly broke down the other day I nearly went into a panic attack - clothes all over the place and certainly not enough in the budget to just go out and buy a new washer. That's where my home warranty saved me. This nice, new model was just out of its manufacturer's warranty (isn't that always the case?) and I imagined the home warranty wouldn't be too much of a help, either, or give me the runaround since it was fairly new. That wasn't the case, however. All I had to do was make the call, answer a few questions while the agent looked up my coverage, and I was told there would be a repairman out soon. And soon it was. He was professional, had the parts I needed and the knowledge to make it all work quickly. Soon I was back to the laundry grind, but extremely thankful for the coverage my home warranty provided and the great customer service and professionalism it offered.

He was a hundred percent right and little did we know, his information saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot say enough about my home warranty through Total Home Protection. My home warranty really came in handy when I needed it. See, I own a quaint home in my city’s historic district. Well, as you may have guessed, my quaint cottage has even older plumbing and don’t get me started on my outdated electrical. But, the good news is I was able to customize my coverage so that when the inevitable happened, I wasn’t out thousands of dollars for fancy new pipes or drowning in debt from all the electrical repairs. Furthermore, my personalized home warranty was within my budget. I would definitely recommend them!

I gotta say, this home warranty was a blessing. A while ago, both my master and guest bathroom toilets started overflowing with water when flushed. The day after, my bathtub began to regurgitate water. I started to freak out! I didn't know who to call or what to do. We had just moved into the neighborhood and were really unfamiliar with the plumbers in the area. But thank goodness my Husband thought about the home warranty we purchased. we had just purchased. It covered most of the plumbing repair costs and within days, everything was back to normal. I was no longer afraid to drowning in my bathroom!
