Totally Welsh Reviews

It's so nice to have my milk and other produce on my doorstep when i get up in the morning, the best thing that happened to me was finding totally welsh 🙂

I love getting our milk delivered from Totally Welsh Direct. I've also ordered fruit an dveg, and while it may be a bit more expensive, it is excellent quality. And very easy to manage my account and orders online

Been a customer for over 30 years, nothing better than 'ole skool' milk deliveries, brilliant company & Welsh produce. 10/10 from me.

Good service good variety of items would recommend

Reliable company to deal with. Easy to order additional items and change delivery requirements on line. Good range of products.

Great service, never had an issue. It’s lovely to have a glass bottle of milk delivered to my door. And the added bonus of the superb choice of extras too! Would definately recommend

Lovely people to deal with. Any problems quickly sorted in a friendly and courteous manner. Our milkman is first class and leaves milk, butter etc. in the coolbag I leave outside the front door (he even does the zip up!). All in all, great products, great service and great people.

Totally Welsh was a lifesaver at the beginning of covid in 2020,when our family had to self isolate due to us suffering from symptoms. We had no one to help us get shopping, so being able to have fresh milk and produce delivered to the door was a godsend. Especially when buying basic things was a challenge even toilet roll and grow bags for garden were delivered to our door.
I was able to choose the days of delivery and also pay online.
At Christmas our milkman left us a lovely Xmas card and on St David's day he left a bunch of daffodils.
We are so appreciative of the quality of service that totally Welsh provide,we wouldn't be without them.

Totally Welsh is Totally Reliable. Thought out the pandemic early in the morning milk and eggs have been delivered to my doorstep. No fuss no noise come rain or sun milk and eggs appear as if by magic. Great service, excellent quality and superb service.

Very reliable service.

Great products, great service. Website is so easy to use and it’s brilliant being able to order things last minute to turn up on your doorstep. Absolutely kept us going through lockdown too.

Absolutely fantastic service, lovely fresh produce, delivered super early - very reliable & reasonably priced. Great range of products & website super easy to use! I won’t go back now! 5 stars!

Brilliant service from a friendly company. We love having our milk in glass bottles knowing we are helping the environment, and it's lovely knowing our milk will be delivered no matter what the weather.
Businesses like this should be treasured as they were a lifeline during the lockdown of 2020.
Great staff, great products, highly recommended 😊😊😊😊😊

I’m so glad I decided to have my milk delivered fresh from the milkman every week. Totally Welsh deliver a wide range of products, one of my favourites is Black Bomber Snowdonia Cheese- it’s delicious!

Totally impressed with Totally Welsh’s quality of milk, juice, eggs and other food. Totally Welsh’s service is very professional including delivery . The online order system is user friendly and easy to inform when we go for holiday. Thank you for daffodils on StDavids day. Would strongly recommend others!

No problem good service happy milk man all products are A1

Plastic free organic milk, eggs and more delivered to your doorstep. Easy online system to amend order, including adding one offs and holidays.

This is a great delivery service. My milk arrives before breakfast -- but this might be an issue for you if you have to leave the house super-early in the morning -- and I really enjoy not having to put all those plastic cartons out in the recycling.

Signed up to totally welsh at the start of the pandemic and they have been fantastic! I get milk alternatives and during the pandemic I was able to ensure my Dad who was shielding had a regular supply of milk bread and treats! They have never missed a day and the website is easy to understand and navigate! Totally recommend!!

I’ve been using ‘Totally Welsh’ for a few months now. I’ve tried a variety of their products and have been more than pleased with every item.

I’ve not had milk or juice in a glass bottle for many years, I’d forgotten how good the taste was compared to plastic containers. No going back to plastic for me.

Delivery is always on time, produce always fresh, from their milk, juice, bread, dairy to their vegetables.

Customer Service Advisor, Belinda, is both friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

Keep up the good work guys, you’re doing a great job.
