My shipment has gone back and forth from miami to a small town outside miami 3x! Ship the dang package to MY address please! Its been 2 weeks. Everytime i check the tracker its going back and forth. Now its right back to where ia started 2 weeks ago. The service # they offer (stating someones always there to help 24/7) just rings and rings until it eventually hangs up on you.

I ordered product on Friday 2/17 that showed IN STOCK, selected 2-day shipping. It is now a week later and it has still not even been packaged much less, shipped! I don't believe they have any stock - guessing they are a re-seller of products. I called today to follow up and was promised "oh yes, we will get it packed and shipped tonight" with no explanation of why the delay when I explained "I chose your sight given it showed it was IN STOCK".

I placed an order and over a week later I received an e-mail stating that the product was no longer in stock and the order would be canceled. Horrible, right? Well, it gets worse. Looking at my credit card statement 3 weeks later, I noticed that the transaction was in fact NOT canceled. I sent Totalprowellness an e-mail and did not receive a response. 3 days later, I reached out to them on Facebook and was promised that the monies would be refunded within 48 hours. 1 week later, no refund. I contacted them AGAIN, and AGAIN was promised that it would be dealt with immediately. 3 days later- no response or refund. I decided to contact my credit card company and deal with them to get my refund. BEWARE!

I've been ordering with Total ProWellness for over a year now. The products I purchase from them I need them on the monthly basis so before I discovered this site I had to invest a lot of money in 2 and 3 month supply. I now buy from them what I need for the month and I receive from products in 2 days. Always great customer service, 5 Stars!

I ordered product from this site – got an email 2 weeks later asking for a review when I never received my product? I wrote to the company asking where the product was – And, they explained they didn’t have any more in stock!!
