I ordered a bathroom wall heater from Total Warehouse and it was delivered safely. We called in an electrician to install it and, after struggling with it for an hour ( all the lights in the house started flashing) he declared it faulty. He provided us with a Dimplex heater instead. I contacted Total Warehouse and they promised to send me a return label for the faulty heater to save having to pay postage - I am still waiting for the label to arrive - that was four weeks ago.

Goods arrived next day, exactly as described.

The flat panel heater is brilliant. Does exactly what it says on the box.
Great value for money and simple to install. ideal for providing cheap background heating in larger rooms or a reasonable level of warm in standard size bedrooms,bathrooms and toilets.

Rang sales who were totally on the ball and adjusted the contents of my order at a very competitive price. The order has been "Pending" for a week and although it is not urgent a communication to tell me what is happening would be useful.
Such a shame.

I initially bought two for my mothers apartment which had very un-economical electric radiators. We had both installed, fitting one in the bathroom instead of the towel heater and the other in the lounge. The difference was amazing, the bathroom has never been so warm (7x7ft) the lounge is around 23x11ft and is fitted with two radiators, but we only replaced one and had that running on its own. They worked so well, we have just ordered another two to replace the second in the lounge and one in the bedroom. The old radiators used around 800watts each, but the ceramic use only 400watts, kicking out the same amount of power (800watts). My mother can now run all four radiators at the cost of just two of the old ones!!! All the items arrived promptly and were easily installed by the apartment electrician who was so impressed he has now recommended them to others, one woman was quoted £4000 for a replacement electric heating system in her two bed apartment by a company, but visited my mothers and is now opting for these at a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend these radiators to anybody wanting to save on their heating bills particularly in this climate where every penny counts...............Just wish I was on commission!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a couple of the Electric Wall Conservatory Convector Panel Heater about six months and returned to order another on ebay. But there was an error with the listed price. I phoned the Total warehouse customer service direct and the lady that took my call was very helpful and advised me of the correct price. The re-ordering was straight forward. Also I received text message notification of an hour slot delivery time prior to the delivery. the item was delivered in time as advised. very happy with the customer service
