Great service

Absolute legends! Delivered our flooring the next day. We are extending our existing flooring from our living room/dining room into our newly knocked-through kitchen. Only when unpacking did we realise we were sent the wrong item from the original supplier who advised us the manufacturer had changed the product and it was discontinued. Thankfully we had one box left over from the old delivery and the product code matched. Phew, you saved our kitchen!

Watch out for very poor 'after-sales' support!!

Sadly I have received a damaged flooring pack (as part of a larger consignment) I had read on their returns policy that goods had to be signed as 'damaged' on the Proof of Delivery (not provided by courier) the courier unloaded the heavily wrapped pallet, asked my name and sauntered off... Hindsight is a wonderful thing obviously, but I was shocked to be told by Total Wood Flooring that I should have checked and reported at point of delivery (not possible) No half decent customer service team would bluntly refer you to 'policy' - you never get this treatment from other well known suppliers - i offered to send the pack back for a refund - no joy there... the flooring is great quality (on the whole!) the service swift - but maybe avoid this company as they won't help when there is a serious issue...

All our floors were packed well before sending out. If any damages during transit, we have to follow the courer's delivery policy otherwise they will not give us any compensation.

I agree with you our flooring is great quality and they are also the cheapest on the market. In fact all the flooring sellers have the same delivery policy and the other well known suppliers sell the flooring much more expensive than ours.

Please read our delivery information below before you making the orders.

Always check the condition of the goods before sign the POD or delivery note from the driver, please write on POD or delivery note if there has any damage.
1. Damage Quantities
2. Take photo of the damage packs, keep it as proof

Please Note:
Failure to do so, we will asure you received goods all in good condition.
