Great product! Absolutely love the bag I bought and amazing customer service!!

The product arrived in good time, well packed and in perfect condition. I was at a business meeting and was asked by a discerning fashion follower "is that an original "x" bag", the quality is that good. I love the addition of foot protectors (please don't throw them away) - the sizing of the bag that I bought was great I can fit my large purse, my iPad mini 6 (that I use for notetaking) makeup and my large purse. Keeps its form well and is a keeper, if you are worried - don't be - I never write reviews but, I saw comments from people wondering if this was a scam as it is too good to be true - it is all TRUE

I bought a Milan bag from this company and I truly have nothing bad to say...the bag was a highly great standard, value for money and excellent quality. The customer service is 5 star and their communication is quick and exceptional. I felt appreciated as a customer and I will definitely buy more product.

I've bought a few items from Totes Luxe and they're all beautiful pieces. Their customer care team is also especially good, Kate has helped with a couple of queries I have had and always been so professional and sorted things promptly.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! From the bag itself to the customer service, I could not find a fault even if I tried. The bag is beautiful and has quickly become my go to bag over my other high end designer bags due to its practicality and adaptability. It goes with everything, even tracksuits. I can’t wait to buy my next Totes Luxe bag <3 and a big thank you to the customer service team who replied to my tracking query within 15 mins of sending the email! For reference, I received my bag seven days after purchasing - two days later than expected as Yodel experienced a delay, nothing to do with Totes Luxe and still very quick (and free) shipping IMO 🥰

When I tell you, this bag has exceeded my expectations and more, literally the perfect everyday bag so simple yet classy and just the perfect size… adore

Beautiful handbags, with that luxurious feel but very disappointing customer service.
I ordered the London bag in standard size in orange and brown. I prefer the detail in the orange bag with orange thread, where as the brown bag has white thread but both colours are stunning.
I originally emailed to see if I can deliver the bags to Royal Mail to collect, with no response. I then had some problems with my delivery and I emailed to see if I can sort out the problem but no response. The courier company was able to assist me though and I got my bags.
5/5 for handbags but 1/5 for communication.

I purchased the Chelsea handbag in orange to replace an old favourite and I was delighted with the product. It was a good size and well made and everyone comments how nice it is when they see me with it. Well worth it I’d say.

Already bought a few bags from Totes Lux and couldn’t be happier! They are beautiful with extremely good quality, also had to be in contact with the customer service and Kate was excellent, dealt with it straight away. Will keep buying more bags in different colours and they’re all amazing!

I ordered a bag for a wedding outfit. I contacted customer services as the tracking code wasn’t working and it had been a while since it said it was out for delivery. They confirmed if it hadn’t arrived it was likely lost in transit and they’d send a new bag out. The bag I ordered wasn’t in stock and the wedding was the next day so Kate ordered me another bag, the Emily bag in camel which is lovely and had it delivered to the wedding venue for the next day just in time! Thank you Kate and Totes Luxe 😁

My bag is gorgeous and by far exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully made and fantastic value for money. I would not only recommend the bag but Tote LUXE UK.
