Dan, Kane and Marcus are responsive, professional, friendly and meticulous. In short, an excellent service. Their quote was extremely competitive and they went over and above to provide us with exactly what we needed for our kitchen and utility room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing worktops and wish them all success as they definitely deserve it.

Our beautiful quartz worktops and window boards were fitted yesterday by Dan and Marcus - who were just brilliant and a pleasure to have in our home -and they look absolutely stunning. The lads were total perfectionists and the quality of the work alongside their friendly demeanour only leaves us offering the highest praise and recommendation to others. It is so refreshing to have found and dealt with a company which is utterly professional and clearly puts exceptional customer service at the top of its priority list. Kane and Dan have been fantastic throughout the process from initial enquiry to confirmation of installation date, keeping us up to date regularly via email. Thank you so much once again for, quite simply, a perfect job!

Really pleased with our quartz worktops from Toucanstone. The price was significantly better than other quotes we received, however - the stone, workmanship and install were all first class. Customer service was also top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we'll be using them again for the worktops in our utility room.

Would like to thank Toucan for their great customer service, attitude towards their work and the attention to detail despite how busy they are at the moment. Dan was an absolute star and a top bloke. Their work is neat, tidy and good quality. I would 100% recommend and use their services again.

From start to finish never had a problem with their service Kane was very helpful when helping to choose all emails were replied to straight away.
Daniel was also very polite and friendly his work immaculate and when my new taps didn’t fit waited while I had to get extensions for them to fit all without any complaint.I will be recommending them to others.

A close friend recommended Daniel and his company, as she was having her kitchen fitted at the same time as myself. From delivering the samples to asking many questions I choose a worktop and was happy with the price. Even with delays from my kitchen company, Daniel kept my order and allowed me to change the fitting dates to suit my busy work schedule. I'm so so happy with my quartz worktop. It looks Fantastic. Absolute top guys! Dan and Kane go the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Their knowledge and skills go hand in hand and these really are the guys to trust if you want that perfect stone worktop. The worktop is absolutely beautiful as well as being cut and laid to perfection. They worked very late into the evening just to make sure everything was completed. Excellent customer services, kept me informed all the way through and were extremely quick with responding to any queries I had which to be fair wasn't many as they gave me all the information I needed. The worktops are absolutely amazing, the guys did a great job and it had really complemented and finished my kitchen. They look fantastic and I cannot find fault at all. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants high quality workmanship and product.

Daniel and his assistant are both very polite and hardworking young men nothing was too much trouble and the job was completed ahead of schedule from the actual template to installation of my marble work tops would recommend them to anyone .

Dan is a great stonemason, one that wont let you down, very knwoledgeable and trustworthy and he is an absolute treasure and pleasure to deal with. He is superb at communicating and deals with difficult situations professionally and calmly. I've contacted Dan for several jobs in the last year and they were all performed to a very high standard, I could not reccomend him highly enough and I would re hire him again and again with no hesitation.

These guys are grafters, came in the following day after been contacted, drove 3h just to come and have a look, a chat and ended up taking measurements and shuck hands as liked them straight away. Only needed them for a cut&fit service as I have salvaged some granite from elsewhere. They've cut out the sink, stove etc. Polished and sorted any imperfections, fitted the sink and upstands a week later. They were respectful and priced their services decently, with good listening skills (very important). Although, really late like well after 9pm they didn't leave until everything was PERFECT, asked me 5times if I am happy with the product. And the obvious clean down and took the garbage away with them, which I think needs some appreciation. Well done Daniel and Kane, you lads are AMAZING! The worktop it looks pretty solid and should be there for my family and I to enjoy for many years to come, Thank you!

Just returned home to a fabulous new granite top in my utility kitchen. Company were very personable and took time to match up the granite in my main kitchen which was over 15 years old. Perfect match. Price was very competitive. Well done lads. I wish you all the best for your future . I would recommend you without hesitation. Perfect finish and cleared up afterwards. Small company and has advantage that the guy runs his business 24 /7. Bril service, responsiveness and prices were so much lower than competition. Gave them the keys to my pad on installation day and had a faultless experience.... recommend to anyone
