this company is a joke ! I have one take away with them and everything was fine with them I ordered for my other shop also 1 month ago the Epos system and everyday they where lying me i postponed my opening date because off you because you didn’t have the system on stock you took my money when I make the contract and nobody informed about the delay I will report you everywhere and I have already also spoke with my lawyer and I will report you you everywhere ombudsman will be very shortly in contact with you ! Every time I ask about my account manager and all the time is busy today I found VIOLA my account manager she called me from a personal number haha let’s say that was she because was the same person that I was speaking before totally lyers! So now am very upset with you guys I will cancel both my contracts with you and you will not have again even one pence with you and if you believe that I will be afraid from you am very happy to take you in a curt ! And please do not write call the office to investigate what happened you will see what I will do very shortly

So here is one star.
I may change my opinion once they fix problemssssssssss. When I opened my account I was informed that I have full control of the products include stock control, so there is 1st thing here no stack control if you don't have something you have to keep aye on it and turn of manulay.
2nd thing ANDROID APP and IOS APP. Never ever agree to get one. I have spend £500 to advertise my app and gess what happen? They removed it from android shop. Paid also £100 for something what I was waiting 1 month, after another was removed from play store, one of adviser told me they for get to pay for something..... Well this not my problem I pay for my bils.
Refund forget I will do chargeback very soon so don't be surprise!! If they mess up something don't expect compensation, they will blame you for be weak in IT.
Another thing I have removed sunday as want to have day off after 6 days this app is so funny it's put back shift automaticly so from 5 weeks now i have to wake up early every monday and turn off manuly other way orders will come.
If you change address of your company it will change again it self to old one.
They will tell you everything what you want to hear to sell you that shiteee system but there is no care after sale. So if you like to have thing spot on. This sytem is not for you.

I recently set up a takeaway shop in my town. Obviously I then looked at different company's epos system to discover which would suit my needs.T2S was one of those companies. After an initial conversation with them, I figured I would not want to do business with them. It has been several months since and that they keep calling me and trying to force me into a contract. I have told them repeatedly that I absolutely will not do business with them but they keep begging to give them a chance to prove how great they are. They offered me a package which I would use for 4 months without any costs. The idea was if I was happy with them then we carry on doing business together. At this stage, I was thinking maybe I should give them a try despite my negative feeling for their services. I agreed to have the package (The package: Epos system, monitor, and cash drawer) was supposed to reach me in 2 weeks. It has been a lot longer than that and not received.
The way they talked on the phone was clear that they are hiding facts - when encouraging me to contract they would use their personal phones and use the office phone to read out the regulations... for proof that they are compliant to the regulations. (Harassing other to buy your service is not complaint to any regulation).
I asked them to send the package contract in an email. As I suspected I was going to be charged £40 + a week. And the contract is 12 months long.
They asked for my business name which I gave. They said that they are going to build the website and buy the website domain: I explicitly told them not to buy my business name domain or create my website as I do it myself. Next day, they call me saying that they have bought the domain and they want to create the website. Trying to trap me.
I have been telling them on a regular basis that I do not want to do anything with them but they do not seem to listen. Last night at 10 PM I had a call from them asking me to send them menus! I again told them I don't want anything to do with them and hung up. That probably was the 1000 times that I don't want their services. in the last 2 months. Today I receive email from them trying to deliver me stuff.
Come on guys, I am sick and tired of you trying to force something on me that I will never accept.
Has any of you guys had a similar situation with T2S?
I have had a negative experience with them and therefore will not recommend them at all.

Very poor customer service. If you ring them it takes an hour or so to answer phone. If you contact them via WhatsApp ther give you false promises and assurance that their have done the request carried out but infact nothing was carried out or any issues resolved. . Due this company poor contact service centre based in India has no clue what to do and ignore you much as possible. I am still waiting on a manager to contact me for 2 weeks now. Very poor service and will be terminating my contract with them. You pay for a service which you not get. I won't recommend this company to anyone.. This companies poor customer service should be highlighted to all businesses worldwide and on all social media platforms.

we decided not to go ahead with them, but oh boy trying to cancel... directly after agreeing (so nothing as been processed yet)
we are getting a call after call, to set up this or the other, they tried to claim our google business account! If I could give a minus points I would. STAY AWAY. Use Uber Eats or JustEat. anything but those scammers.

We operate a cafe / takeaway in Australia. We choose the platform. Turned out we had plenty of misinformation. After trialling for a short period, we decided to return the equipment and get the money back. This was in April. Going on Aug I am still waiting for the refund. It went from we don't owe you anything to we owe you some thing to no response!
You are best served to stay well away from this company. I was one of them who thought the reviews are not always correct...well I learned it the hard way.
Stay away. Don't fall for the stories.
Now I am having to deal with the ombudsmen to make sure other Australian business don't get hurt as we have.

Guys remember these people say these rubbish and in my case have not acted. I am yet to get the refund and Christopher hasn't responded to my email not have I heard back from their so called team.

ordered food from a company with a website powered by this company on 31/07/2020. The food did not arrive even though the order was accepted. Rang the shop several times but no answer. Drove to the shop and it was closed. How can an order be accepted if there is no one at the shop seems like a fraudulent transaction/ system. I have contacted their merchant to request a refund. Also informed my bank.

Update: After writing this review we have since faced more adversity from this company. They seem to have violated GDPR and data protection of us and our customers. Solicitor is already on the job and I’m putting three of my other takeaways on hold with them too.
Awful company with half hearted customer service and zero business ethics. Offshore customer service, offshore IT and offshore management, no man on ground meaning it has no potential to get you the required facilities. They show you a very pretty picture like its neck to neck with JustEAT but all in all they are rubbish! They lack infrastructure, IT advancements and most of all a customer base. You will get 1-3 new customers in a months time. THAT is ALL. Nothing more. It is also only good (if that) for takeaways and pizza shops not for professional restaurants.
Jason our account manager made up excuses about being sick from the day we were assigned to him, so we kept giving him the benefit of doubt. He NEVER let any of our issues get to the concerned team and kept making lists of things which never got addressed in the end. Awful attitude and it goes to show how much damage and loss can one wrong employee do to the company. Only sensible people are Caleb and Balaji from web and PDQ respectively, who were dedicated. All we needed was a capable account manager with a little but more knowledge of how restaurants operate.
We are finally having to leave the t2s platform now because our small business can no longer take the hit of their poorly skilled account managers like Jason. Whilst we want to support T2S as I admire the journey Mr.Mula has made to bring this company to its current heights but his employees won't let him travel too far to success. It is doomed!
No efforts of fixing our issues, addressing them or even listening to them were made. They do not care, they have managed to lure enough businesses into their cheap little rental scheme and won't mind you leaving, well so we did! Goodbye T2S.

Touch2success/Foodhub, what a joke. I ordered food 3 weeks ago which didnt arrive and still no refund.
They have even asked me for my bank statement which is exactly what the security experts tell you not to do.
Its obvious this industry is not regulated as it seems to be mostly scammers and scum bags who are in it.
Do yourself a favour and dont use Touch2success or foodhub.
The reply to my review states pretty much what the 50+ emails say, i believe I will receive no refund from this dispicable, thieving company.

FOOD HUB/TOUCH2SUCESS is by definition a SCAM.
They are quick to join you up and won't let you cancel no matter how hard try.
I have had issue after issue and nothing is being resolved . They won't give me the option to cancel. I have tried several times and still no cancellation . Excuse after excuse.
Avoid this company at all cost.
I will start reporting this to the relevent government bodies.

My encounter with Touch2success gave me a feeling, that it is a ghetto of rogues running this company. The polite responsive message which comes as a auto-response from Bots - you cannot interact with - Guys, there are so many genuine big companies out there open and wonderful platforms, you can keep all your controls far lesser money and clean business, available, if you do your research before sign up clearly you will see the difference night and day.
I have spent a good few days and hours in having this company to confirm, cancel the direct debit, despite giving instructions to cancel the next day in April - May. It took over eight weeks to get this confirmation.
A Young Albanian possibly owns the company and my personal opinion about their operation translates to "You are screwed"whoever signs up.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY. Signed up for their Foodhub system after the sales rep told me their was no signup cost however I was LIED TO AND ITS JUST ONE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING PRACTICES IN ORDER TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP!. Shortly after receiving the machine I had noticed my account was -£150 and that there was an ADDITIONAL SIGNUP COST. Immediately I had contacted in order to get this resolved which my account manager JOSEPH said he would remove but never did. After this problem and constantly being LIED TO BY JOSEPH. I had then chosen to cancel the system within my 14 Day Cancellation Period, After calling and speaking to JOSEPH he was making it very difficult for me to cancel and at the end of the call he reluctantly agreed to pass my account to cancellations. Guess what a MONTH LATER IT STILL ISN’T CANCELLED so I then chased up again and speaking to JOSEPH again was given the lousy excuse “IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO CANCEL”. So now ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS LATER... IT STILL ISNT CANCELLED AND ALL THEY'VE SAID ITS FORWARDED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT YET AGAIN!. ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH ITS ALL FULL OF LIES TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP!. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL AND SEND THE MACHINE BACK WHAT DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT! 😡😡

Bad company like your second partner. Their card fee is above the average and when they open the website they keep the domain password for their self. I have cancelled my contract with them. They did not refund me the deposit I paid for the epos. My website is still up and running but obviously you can't place an order through it. Stay away!!!

On the 18th March I was the victim of fraud / identity through touch2success owned subsidiary FoodHub. Someone had obtained my debit card information and contact details and used it to place a large order in a different area of the country from me. I was quickly able to cancel the order and I was ensured that a refund would be issued.
Over a month and a half later I still have not had my money returned. They claim that the refund failed because I had cancelled my card. My bank advised me that the refund can be actioned and are showing no failed transactions that signal an attempted refund.
I have repeated to them that I am not interested in a credit on foodhub as I have never used said site. I have offered them countless chances to call me to make a BACS payment or other means but noone is contacting me.
They now say I have to claim it through my bank during a time that non essential calls are not advised.
Absolutely no sympathy is offered, only a £10 voucher to a website that facilitated fraud and is now KEEPING MY MONEY.
I sincerely advise everyone to avoid this company and all subsidiaries as they are offer no help, compensation or sympathy.

This website really bad for our restaurant they cut every week 5 pound us and datman charge 10 so every week they charge total 15 pound and every ordered they taking charge even 0 order then if order received like 10 pound they cut 50 pence 20 pound they cut 1 pound so really bad experience for this for me I have use 2 years always looses not improve our business so I cancelled October 2019 stil they not provide for me google access so I am still request for that but not received now I use another online web they not charge nothing just every month fix amount till more system I am very happy for that really bad experience in my life toch2succes
