An excellent and stylish lamp which we purchased approx 18 months ago.
We had an issue with it recently and I contacted the company. The Customer Service was excellent and it was dealt with and resolved immediately.
One happy customer, I would certainly purchase from this company again.

Absolutely love my table! It’s definitely been something that has been put to good use especially during lockdown. Out in the garden with the family music to keep us motivated and also somewhere for the kids to charge their phones. Fantastic buy 😍 BBQ pending I know my friends are gonna love it

TouchDown Charging has a great product, looks good, connects with Bluetooth and charges your device at the same time....wirelessly. Just pop it on the table and you hear that satisfying confirmation charging tone from your phone. Wonderful! Being able to take the speaker/charger table outside is really useful... you can even connect Google Home/ Amazon Echo with it and have yourself a smart table! Not just a great product - The great thing about this company is that they're easy to connect and deal with and so if you do encounter any issue, it's resolved right away and the team really do go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

You can be confident in purchasing from this company, as they're good anyway, but also UK based which helps. Highly recommended.

My husband loves his speaker / charging table from Touchdown Charging and uses it all the time. It’s a lovely-looking piece of furniture too. Fits in as a side table in our lounge beautifully.
Thank you for great customer service too when I advertertently ‘cleared-away’ it’s charging cable in my lockdown spring cleaning enthusiasm! Thank you so much Touchdown. We’ll be back!

Really loved the light with charger when I first saw this. Bought the black light with charger. Added benefit whilst working from home in the winter of 4 temperatures of light. Minor issue arose on a light. Customer service excellent,  explained the issue on the Monday and replacement received by Royal Mail by Wednesday.

Great concept and easy to use. Ideal gift really. The style is compact so it was great to fit in a drawer when not in use

A truly magnificent product.
Purchased the touchdown table over a year ago and we are about to purchase our second. Wireless charging, Bluetooth connection, interlink multiple tables for throughout sounds. The guys at touchdown are a pleasure to deal with, we had a small issue and it was resolved right away. If you haven’t already done so, buy one, you won’t be dissatisfied!

Super fast easy to use charger. A few teething issues but the team were really helpful and got it sorted. Highly recommend!

I had purchased a TouchDown Charging - Wireless Charging LED Lamp (Black) in 2019 and have absolutely love it so I ended up buying one for my wife, at the start I had a problem with it not working, but I was very grateful due to the fact the company was going to be at the Ideal Home exhibition in 2019 that they changed it for me for free. I have that the customers service has been outstanding I have also recently bought Mounted Leather Charger - Business Edition £39.99 from them & I love it. The quality is very good its worth spending the money as there are lots out there that look similar you can not beat quality and the customer service.

I highly recommend this company on all the products I have.

I use my Touchdown lamp every day. Its a stylish accessory on my desk and the colour of the light is just right for me to work. I often study into the night and this lamp helps my concentration and keeps me awake.

The phone charger is also handy if my phone is running low on charge during the day.

Quality charging mounts
I’ve had a couple of their wireless charging mounts next to my bedside for a while now, and am really impressed. I have actually done some work for this company and was lot of their previous customer were coming back to buy more products because they were so impressed. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants the latest technology in their home or office.

Ordered 2 desk lamps online, they arrived the next day.
Perfect for our office at home, surprised with how many extra functions were on the lamp. We often adjust the light temperature from warm light to white light.
I would recommend the desk lamp and the company.

Good customer service is all in how they resolve issues. I had purchased a lamp a while ago but only started using it recently. I found the main features weren’t working properly so contacted customer service and got a response from Greg very quickly who efficiently got to the bottom of the cause and posted me out a replacement plug and cable immediately. I had expected the usual battle you often have with companies but this was super easy and I’m very happy to say my lamp is now working perfectly! Very happy customer!

Really nice charging mount, it charges your phone so quickly and looks great too! You can have your phone vertically or horizontally and it will still charge so I love watching Netflix on my phone and charging my phone at the same time! Recommend.
