Great company to deal with. Decking is superb quality. Competitively priced. Sadly some planks were damaged on arrival but that was the fault of the delivery company. Replacement planks were delivered quickly.

Composite decking
Order was made over the counter and picked up next day from the shop. Needed some more lengths, so this time I ordered online and then selected click and collect. Both times the composite decking was successfully picked up. It was very good quality and very competitively priced. Will definitely use this Company again.

All options of clips are supplied with a 30mm PZ screw free of charge (25mm when using low profile composite joists). To be competitive in price, we can only supply these types of screws and wish we can offer more options for our customers. We are looking at other solutions, including longer tongue tite screws, that hopefully will be available in the near future.

In honesty, we have attempted to send this order out twice to you to no avail. The courier local to you has managed to damage the package on both occasions.
We do our very best and invest a lot of time packaging up the products to ship across the UK.
From time to time, we do encounter issues with damage whilst in transit, but for this to happen twice to the same customer is very unfortunate and very frustrating for us as a trusted seller of the composite decking.
It is even more disappointing as we were never contacted by the courier of any problems on both consignments.
As you have had to source elsewhere understandably for the trims, I have issued a full refund to you this morning.
