Great Decking - Thumbs up.
Only did a small area of composite decking as did not want to use wood as i wanted a dark grey colour. Tough decking were very helpful, friendly and the quality and price were great. Delivery seemed slightly high but when they explained they could either put the price of the decking up to offer free delivery or simple keep the price of the decking down and pass on the price of the delivery at at cost it made more sense. I did get a couple of quotes and the all in price from tough decking was almost the cheapest but the quality just seemed way better. They also seemed to be more knowledgeable.
Very happy with my decking - thumbs up.

Arrived on time exactly as ordered. One plank had a bit of damage on the corner but luckily I needed to cut them down.

Not received anything not there fault DPD were to blame.
Not received anything.
Was told it would be delivered 16.06.22,
Today is 22.6.22
So there's nothing positive to say.
Ial take back and make a retraction statement, the delivery service (DPD) were to blame they came to the my address, but failed to leave the parcel in the porch even though he took a picture with the parcel at the porch, how strange!!!!
As for the sample product will collect tomorrow, which SILLY DPD failed to leave it in the porch 🙄🙄🙄🤔.
To be fair to tough decking company they seem extremely professional and chased up my complain promptly.

Looking at tracking this morning, your sample pack was dispatched on Monday 13/6/22 with DPD on a next day delivery service, with attempted delivery made the following day on Tuesday 14/6/22. Tracking details show an email was sent to you regarding this, so sorry if this was not received at your end.
On delivery attempt at 15.04pm it was noted by the courier that receiver was not known at address. I have forwarded a screenshot of tracking to your email address this morning (as i cannot sent through TrustPilot).
If you would still be interested in receiving a sample pack from us, then please let me know and i will dispatch a further sample pack to you.
Please confirm delivery address to avoid any further problems when reshipping.

Good Quality Products + Good Instructions
Couldn't fault the staff, all very helpful and genuine.
Decking is of a good quality and arrived on the day promised.
Would of given 5 stars but my internet order wasn't sent out complete, i was missing the starter clips so had to send the install team home for the day, but once I highlighted to them they put it right and had the missing parts next day.

You should of been provided the scheduled delivery date, when checking out on our website. The delivery date is confirmed by yourself before the order can be processed. The delivery date is also stated on your invoice, which i see was sent via email from our end at 13.34pm on Monday 25/4/22, along with delivery terms.
Due to the nature of the way it is sent and due to the length and weight of the product, we are unable to provide hour windows of delivery, but would always do our best to provide as much tracking information as we can on day of delivery.
