Trip to Patagonia
I have been using TouRadar for quite a few years now to pick out my desired trips and am very happy with what they offer in terms of a wide range of trips and travel agencies.I enjoy the flexibility it gives me as well as the smooth, fast and efficient booking process. My recent trip to Patagonia was absolutely gorgeous. The correspondence with the staff was always great and timely. I wanted to modify a tour that was offered and remove a destination. Thang was great at working it out. After he did all of that I ended up wanting to reverse the itinerary to make travel in and out easier and less expensive. He did that with no issues! The service has been top notch!

I always look for my travel now with TourRadar as my experiences have always been good. The variety of tours and different price points make it easy to choose a tour. Disappointing support and poor handling of customer concerns
I booked the “Hawaii – Kauai & Maui Islands Adventure” through TourRadar with Bucket List Group Travel for nearly $5,000 as a solo traveller.
The biggest disappointment has been TourRadar’s lack of support once problems started during the trip. I raised concerns during the tour regarding accommodation quality, additional unexpected costs, misleading expectations around the “small group solo travel” experience, and poor customer service from the operator.
Despite repeatedly chasing TourRadar and sending detailed explanations and evidence, there has not been a response from TourRadar team. It felt like TourRadar was unwilling to properly step in or help resolve the issues in any meaningful way.
The operator and TourRadar both presented this as a premium solo travel experience, but in reality much of the trip was self-exploration, transportation was often my own responsibility, meals were not included, and the accommodation quality did not reflect the very high price paid.
Overall, I feel let down both by the operator and by TourRadar’s handling of the complaint process.

TourRadar eventually became helpful…
TourRadar eventually became helpful once the situation escalated and their Customer Relations team became involved. Communication through the booking platform was much more effective than email, and they remained polite throughout the process.
However, the initial support structure felt weak for an international premium package, especially during active travel issues abroad. There was too much dependence on the local operator, and responses came only after repeated follow-ups and significant stress during the trip.
I appreciate their later involvement and willingness to monitor the case, but stronger oversight of operators and faster intervention would greatly improve the customer experience.

Great operator, a very touristy tour
Good tour hitting many of the major sites at a low cost. It was extremely well-organized with staff helping coordinate drivers, flights, and check-ins.
Many would rate the tour a 5 and that's fair. I'm rating it a 4 because it's a very very touristy tour. If you enjoy a bit more authenticity, this (and most Turkey tours) may not be the best option.
It felt we were constantly being sold to, or in tourist trap areas. Again, nothing was misrepresented, but not the best for the more exploratory traveler. At times, I wanted to leave the tour early.
Again, the operator and tour were great. The price was less than I could have done alone. Just understand what you're getting.

I stumbled on this website through a search. I think they do a great job providing different tour opportunities for travelers. Mine was a very last minute deal and it turned out quite well. The only small thing is that email directly from a tour operator go through through the app. I missed some documentation that would have been helpful on my trip that I didn’t see because I didn’t realize the messages would only be available through the app. I’m pretty sure the TourRadar site sent an email alerting me to a message but that one had slipped into my junk mail. By the time I saw it, I was well through the tour already. I’m not sure what if anything could have been done to mitigate this. Possibly a notice about messages possibly going to junk mail? It’s a small thing in the end but would have been nice to know. Would not stop me from using them again.
