Completely unreliable and untrustworthy

Don't use Tours of Switzerland unless you want to lose a lot of money. They were tasked with making a booking for the Glacier Express for us which was confirmed. We travelled to Switzerland from the UK and were charged 900CHF for the trip the day after being told it was cancelled. Tour of Switzerland claimed the Glacier Express operator had double booked us. This was a lie and no booking had been made. Tours of Switzerland then wanted me to pay a similar amount in addition for an 'alternative'! This is basically a scam.
