100% reliable fast and secure delivery and a refreshing change having a supplier whose website reflects stock available as so many others show the items and then after ordering inform these are out of stock or discontinued.
Item delivered securely and now waiting upon my plumber of fit as very speedy service.

Great service, good looking and reliable product.
Great service - I had some presale queries and they were super helpful on both phone and email. Also on follow up, sending me a digital manual when my plumber managed to lose the original!
Towel rail and element despatched quickly and arrived the next day with no issues and well packed.
This was my 2nd time using them, previous purchases have lasted well (now 5 years old) and look great.

Right size and great service
I was looking for a particular size of towel radiator to make the most of a limited space and this was the only place that had it. Luckily ordering and delivery were easy to arrange. Looks great now it's on the wall.
