Town and city homes made the whole…

Town and city homes made the whole experience of recently selling my house stress free and easy. Deep is an absolute professional and his knowledge in the whole process is second to none! No question was too small and he always made himself available when I required his assistance.

I can’t recommend these guys enough if you are thinking of selling your property. You are not a number and they genuinely care about the client experience you receive.

If I were to sell again these would be the people I call.

Thanks for everything.

Ross

We were very pleased

We were very pleased with agency, we purchased our first house. Luke and Deep were very helpful and responsive, managed to keep things on track. We had very good experience.

Not professional, Rude behaviour

**Not professional, Rude behaviour **
As a buyer, I offered what I felt is right, I can't be forced to offer based on seller's expectations. Seller has an option to accept or reject the offer but nobody should behave rudely just because the offer is not as per their expectations. Please show mutual respect.

I am sorry you feel this way. We are never intentionally rude but offering 33% less than the asking price tends to get a quick short response. We work for our sellers, but always try and treat everyone with the respect they deserve. Good luck with your property search.

Cannot thank these guys enough for all…

Cannot thank these guys enough for all their dedication and hard work in selling our house and getting us the house of our dreams.
Deep worked tirelessly from the minute we called him to book his services.
Within the same visit the house was listed online including a virtual tour and the very next day Viewings galore with the property sold within 3 days.
He guided us and helped us through some pretty tough times and went above and beyond to keep us fully abreast of every turn.
I’m not one for writing reviews but felt compelled to.
Word of mouth is always my best go to for a truthful honest opinion and I have nothing negative to say about this firm.
Unlike the huge high street firms you are not just a number, their ultimate goal is to see their clients in their dream house that’s what makes these guys tick.
He worked weekends to get our sale through quickly and nothing was ever too much for him.
From the bottom of my heart thank you Deep

One of the very few good Estate Agents

Before finding Joe Purton at Town and City Homes, I had tried and failed to sell my home with Evolution Estates and Ward and Partners. Unlike the big high street agents Joe worked hard to match the correct potential buyers to my property and it was sold within two weeks. Joe is personable...attentive and dedicated and I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Unfortunately I could not make my purchase work through Joe despite his tireless efforts and daily phone calls. Stay clear of Jacksons Estate Agents and Cook Taylor Woodhouse.. You are just a number to them, they are very good at putting notes on file but rubbish at progressing anything which unfortunately led to me having pull out of my purchase.
