The question asked is 'how can this…

The question asked is 'how can this company improve?' My reply is to start again and rely on facts.
Having looked at several villages I know well - having dwelt therein - all I can say is that in each case AI must have drawn out a few items from here and there that contain a word, or two, that appear to fit the bill, but in reality don't. Laughable! But most annoying to those who have been taken in! Generous to award 1* .

Almost certainly generated by AI

Almost certainly generated by AI, often bearing no resemblance to the place in question. Inaccuracies abound. Do not use except for amusement (and you'd need to be very, very bored to bother).

According to this site, a location in the county of Norfolk, here in the UK, is located in the State of Virginia in the USA!!

As other reviewers have stated, this site appears to be AI-generated; is full of nonsense/inaccuracies.

How did I discover this? Well, earlier today I'd come across, in my atlas, the delightfully named 'Garlic Street', in Norfolk, here in the UK. I assumed it was a village/hamlet.
So looked it up online.

This site's entry for it claimed (and I quote) "Garlic Street is a small, quiet street located in the heart of Norfolk, Virginia...". Haha! That's a reference to the town/city of Norfolk in the State of Virginia in the USA!!
Thinking that someone had 'got their wires crossed', I sent a short email to the site, using the email address they provided.
It immediately sent me back a 'Daemon Delivery' notice, saying that it hadn't been possible to deliver my email.

I then saw the Trustpilot reviews of the site.

Only one star because you can't give…

Only one star because you can't give zero.

The site presumably uses AI and, where there is no information, makes it all up.
The council estate I grew up on is described as an idyllic village. Pubs are made up, renamed, or demolished on a whim. Trust nothing,

Complete AI generated scam

Complete scam, AI generated and totally incorrect.
No way to contact this scam site which has every village in Cheshire populated with a shop, a Post Office, a pub and summer fetes!! All totally fake and the text is clearly AI generated.
Looked up where we live and it sounds like a paradise even though the pub closed 5 years ago and there has never been a post office.

Be wary of inaccuracies in this directory of towns & villages

Most Cheshire places have an entry in this Guide, so at first glance it looks useful, with postal collections, train departures, doctors’ addresses etc. But then you realise it is full of inaccuracies, including a fictitious pub name, non-existent community facilities, wrong descriptions of locations relative to other places. Lists of nearby schools and other amenities seem to be selected ‘as the crow flies’ regardless of whether they can be reached easily or if they are mainstream facilities. Local shops listed are all either Co-op or Spar, even if other shops are much nearer. American spellings and formulaic content suggest that the whole thing might be an AI project. Be wary before relying on information from this website. On the plus side, it is amusing for people who know places, eg references to tourists in places that are absolutely not tourist destinations.
