After sales service terrible
Solar panels were fitted in May 2024. No problem with the installation. After receiving our first power bill, it was only $14 lower than the previous one, despite the fact that the house was empty for 5 weeks. So, I called Town & Country and asked that someone contact me to help explain the bill and why it was still so high, then I could approach the energy company again with a little knowledge behind me. Received a call from Mick, said he would get back to me in a couple of days. Five weeks and four phone calls to them later, still no help. Not good customer relations!
