Today I went to get my front tire replaced because it got a bubble in the sidewall. The guy at the local shop asked me when I bought the tires and where. I told him I got them from Town Faire in 2020. He said “well they sold you old tires because these are from 2017.” He then proceeded to tell me a story that this isn’t the first time someone came in and had unknowingly purchased old tires from Town Faire. Make sure if you buy from them you get proof of the manufacturing date on the tires.

I have to say that the team at the Seabrook NH location is awesome. I had a situation coming home from vacation and had a razor in my tire. I was leaking air fast and needed to get it fixed. I called them and talk to Dana and he said come on in. They said they could patch it and would only take an hour; it only took 40 minutes. When I went to go pay, he said don't worry no big deal. Well just wanted to say that it was a big deal and will continue to buy my tires and service here in the future. thank you, Town Fair Tire Seabrook NH,

I got my oil changed today at a local service station and they said I needed new tires badly - but of course they were very overpriced. I called Goodyear Tire and they were a little cheaper but my tires were out of stock, and when they got them in they said I'd have to leave my car all day. Nope. Then I called Town Fair Tire in Killingly, CT and they had my tires, they were cheaper than both of the others and said I could come right in... and less than two hours later I had 4 new tires on my car. Very happy with the service and the price. Angelo was my rep and he was excellent. Very helpful and personable. As always, Town Fair Tire is the best.

I bought a set of Town Fair Tires last year and had a flat yesterday May 12th. I called the Route 114 site (Andover St.) in Danvers, MA and spoke to manager Randy.
He could not have been more helpful and got me in right away today, May 13th, a busy Saturday. The whole crew were professional, competent and courteous, but especially Randy. They fixed my problem in a timely manner and I was on my way. This is an unsolicited positive review. I intend to recommend that location to all my friends for their tire needs. I hope you can recognize the staff in some way.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I tried both the local store and the corporate number. After almost endless and very loud advertisement, telling me how wonderful they are, the recording tells me I have to leave a message and they will get back to me. But guess what? The voicemail box is full. Looks like no one has been listening to messages and getting back to people.

Why am I trying to call? I got a text asking me to confirm the appointment for tomorrow that I already canceled. The text had the wrong time. I printed the original order page. I know the text was wrong.

This ineptitude doesn't give me a lot of confidence.

I’m new to Cape Cod. Have always purchased tires at Costco and been very happy but no Costco on Cape. Now at Hyannis Town Fair working with Mike. He is knowledgeable and patient. Very happy to have found new tire shop I like!

I ask for a wheel alignment, and after the work on my car was completed the car still shaking all over the road and also pulling to the right. I don't think my car was test driven to ensure the problem with my front end was solved. The lack of caring or attention displayed by customer service reps is the reason my car didn't get fixed properly.

Ryan is excellent! Very pleasant and always gives me the best service. I couldn't be happier.

The staff was very professional and expertly serviced my car. There weren't any surprise hidden costs and the transaction was easy. They seemed to work well together and care about their coworkers and the customer experience at the Falmouth, MA location.

I chose the Marlboro ma location for new tires. I purchased 4 new tires with a 4 wheel alignment, balance and stem etc. I had a 3:30 appointment for which I arrived at 3pm for. I waited for the work to be done. At 5:45 I walked outside to find my car sitting in the parking lot. A service agent asked me if I was all set and I asked him if my car was complete. The tires were already installed. He responded with he believed it still needed the alignment. The store closes at 6pm and at that time the employee who does the alignment came out of the bay to go start his car. The first agent questioned him if he was taking my car in for the alignment and his response was no I’m going home. We walked inside and the agent found my keys and paperwork and said “ooh it’s all done.” Then he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t provide me the print out of the alignment because the printer was out of ink. I responded with ok then take it off the bill and I’ll return when you have ink. He said he couldn’t do that and if i returned a different day I would be charged full price for the alignment instead of the package price when buying 4 tires. I asked to speak to the store manager who came out slightly disgruntled and originally agreed with his employee until I explained the situation. He then agreed for me to come back the fallowing day to get the print out and pay for the alignment. I agreed and left. I get in the car and all 4 new tires were filled with different psi. My set point for my car is 36 psi and each tire was the fallowing: 49, 36, 42, 44. I returned the next day and waited for the store to open. The sign on the door says they open at 7:45am. I arrived at 7:30 and the store remained locked until 8am. I walked in and was told they still don’t have ink and that I would have to return later that day. I left and returned to work. My schedule filled up pretty fast and I realized I would not be able to return that day. I called at 4pm to let the manager know I wouldn’t be able to return that day and would have to return the fallowing day. I confirmed with him he had indeed obtained ink for the printer and also explained to him the issue with the various psi they filled the tires with. He said his machine would have to be looked at and maybe the calibration was off. 14 psi off is a big mis calibration. I returned the next day again at 7:45am as posted on the door to find the door locked until 8am. My alignment was done. Print out was received and I was not charged for the alignment. I question if it was done in the first place.

Nathan in the West Lebanon NH location was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assured me my tire repair wasn't anything serious and wouldn't take long at all and he was correct. My appointment was finished within a half hour. You need more employees like Nathan. It's employees like him that keep the business thriving.

I live on the North Shore of Boston but was down in the Boston area when my brother noticed I was driving on my spare tire. He directed me to the Newton, MA Town Fair Tire and told me to speak with Carter. Carter was incredibly patient and helpful. It turned out that he didn't have the right wheel for my car and, as I was heading back home, I took his information to a Town Fair in Danvers. They quoted me a higher price for the same package. I called Carter and he emailed me the original quote which I took to the Danvers shop and they honored it. Carter wasn't even getting a sale and he still helped me out! I highly recommend Carter and the Newton, MA store.
