I needed my order pretty quickly as we was going on holiday and Gemma from customer services was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble fast and professional response. Kept me updated at all times even checking in after my order had been received.

I absolutely love my items, I got one for myself & my daughter as a present for Christmas for our holidays & I absolutely loved them. I then went and bought my mother in law one for our holiday together and same again, I absolutely loved it. Amazing customer service too got back to me so fast. 100% recommend for anyone wanting to order.

I had placed an order for a towel for my holiday however I realized I had missed something in the personalization. I sent an email explaining what I wanted however , since my order had already been processed, I wouldn't be able to change it. They then asked if I would like to cancel, but I was worried I'd have to wait for the money to buy it again, meaning it wouldn't be here in time for my holiday. I asked how long it would take and explained the situation they sent me a code and canceled my order for me so i could reorder what i wanted the same day and use the code so i didnt have to pay again or wait for a refund they were so helpful and i 10/10 would recogmend them to whoever is looking for a cute yet symbolic beach towel thankyou so much @toxicfox.co.uk for helping me

Great service. Ordered a large quantity of custom design towels last year and needed a few additional ones this year. Order was easy to arrange and arrived quicker than expected

Sadly my first order arrive missing some names it was quickly resolved via emails and a correct replacement sent out happy with my purchase and the help I was given thank you

Waiting for a reply orded a personalised towel for my grandson towel arrived no tex with his name on just a blank space

Absolutely amazing, I can’t fault it. I ordered and followed it with an email, a few days later it arrived much quicker than I expected. Quality is perfect, thick and fluffy inside. Daughter is over the moon with it having her and he name on it. Perfect for our upcoming ballet show.

Made an order for bespoke towels! The team were incredible! Every question answered quickly. Design team worked fast and to finalise the designs including adding uniforms! Honestly would recommend toxic fox to everyone! They’ve made a very stressful process for me so seamless and easy!

I ordered a towel for my best friend for her birthday. She’s not a colourful person customer service team was amazing and able to change the font and colour of the name on the towel. She was made up with it , as was I! Product is amazing quality, character was just as you personalise on the website and quick shipping! Will be ordering again!

I ordered 4 beach towels and one of them had a wonky eye, I contacted the team and had a very quick response and resolution, fantastic customer service and the towels are such good quality

I placed 2 orders, 1 on the 29th of November, the 2nd on the 30th November.
The 1St order was quickly processed and dispatched. The merchandise was excellent and of great quality, the service from Toxicfox on this occasion was 1st class.
My 2nd order, not so good. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had not received my order or any communication from Toxicfox.
I sent an email, requesting information on my order and stating, that I required it by the 23rd of December.
I received a reply within 15 minutes, from a lovely Customer Services Rep called Lisa, she apologized and said she would look into the matter and expedite the urgency of my order, she also promised,that I would receive my order by the 23rd.
Lisa, was true to her word, she looked into the situation and got things moving quickly, she also kept me informed of the progress.
I received my order in plenty of time for Christmas.
Lisa was amasing and so very helpful, she deserves a Big Thank You.
Despite the slight hiccup on the 2nd order, my experience with Toxicfox has been a positive one and I'm so happy with the quality of my purchases, I will be ordering from them again.

So, my review starts with me having to have logged a complaint about an incorrect product that was sent to me. I emailed the customer service team and explained the problem, the response was immediate and I was told a correct replacement would be issued which it was. The replacement, however, was still wrong , customer service couldn't have been more helpful in trying to rectify the issue to the point I got a full explanation as to what had gone wrong.
I was then contacted with the most apologetic email stating that due to manufacturing issues my order couldn't be completed and I was offered either a generous discount or full refund. I decided to change the item and was offered a discount code personal to me, im not going state the code BUT it made me laugh.
I have now been informed that my replacement has been posted and if Royal Mail manage it, it should be delivered in time for Xmas.
I use Toxic Fox a lot and I love their stuff, I have to say that whoever dealt with my complaint was brilliant, resolved my issue, kept me updated and made me feel valued.
All I can say is thank you..

Ok, so this is the second Christmas I have ordered these earpods for my grandchildren, they loved them that much last year they wore them out….

So easy to order with toxicfox, easy to personalise and I took advantage the delivery before Christmas offer.

Knowing there would be many orders I was worried when the days went by that my order wouldn’t arrive in time for Santa to deliver it to the grandchildren, so I emailed the care team and they asked the date I needed it by…

I was a little sceptical as I know how busy they must be and actually it’s my incompetence ordering late that I had such high expectations on their team to deliver.

Well they did, in fact before the date I said and the product is absolutely amazing… I was so pleased when they arrived.

So if you want a personalised gift that does more than meet expectations toxicfox is the place to go.. thank you so much to the whole team

Ordered the lovely towels for our Christmas holiday and needed them quickly. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong size for one of the girls but they resolved it swiftly, the customer service is second to none, amazing.

Ordered 3 kit bags in Nov. Waited 2 weeks for them to arrive to find 1 bag missing! They completely missed one from the order and due to the personalisation it won't be ready for when I need it. 2 Bags received look good quality. First time ordering so very disappointed and reluctant to order from them again but Friendly/Prompt reply to emails, refund given and discount on future order offered but sadly I have been left to find alternative Xmas presents.

There seems to be some issues with delivery of the products, however, this may not be the companies fault as I had notification of delivery being made but didn't receive anything, so issue may be with delivery company. However, once I contacted their customer care, Lisa was more than helpful in re-issuing the products and they arrived yesterday. Thank you to Lisa for all her help!

I accidently ordered the wrong colour and noticed as soon as the confirmation came through. I ordered pink instead of hot pink which my niece would not have happy about!

Lisa wasn't able to amend my existing order but she cancelled it and provided me with a code to buy again free of charge. I am very happy as it was my mistake but rectified quickly.
