Great products, different to what you usually find for kids
The items arrived very swiftly and the site held a great range of products that were different to what you usually can find for kids. The rain clouds were a great success for the little one's at bath time and they were cheaper here than with Amazon.

Exceptional customer service
Was contacted by phone and email after confirmation to say there had been a stock error & my item was out of stock. Toyella offered to send any item up to a value that much exceeded the value of my original order. The replacement arrived swiftly by courier, with plenty of communication to tell me exactly when it would come. I was very pleased with such excellent communication all round and the effort Toyella went to to make up for their mistake.
