I called Toyota in liffeyvalley yesterday morning on my way to work as I was having a loud noise in my car. Jimmy from the service department called me back and said he would send a car over to me and take mine to the service department to see what was going on
He sorted out the issue and returned the car to my work place today
What a service I couldn't believe it
All the service team I spoke to couldn't have been nicer
I wouldn't go anywhere else
Fair play to you all

I have a bad experience from the…

I have a bad experience from the staff,i tried several times to get connected with the sales man,he always ignoring the call,even if attend the call he says some excuses to avoid further the communication.My problems didn’t solve yet,its been more than 25days not solved yet.They assured me they will provide 6months tax and full tank fuel when delivering the vehicle,both of the promises are not full filled,moreover atleast they can attend the call.as a toyotta Liffy valley customer i can say without any doubt it is below average customer friendly show room.

Wouldn't waste your time ..

Not going to write much as I couldn't be bothered giving them time when they wouldn't give me any. Sales team absolutely rude if they didn't want to sell the car have the manners to just say it not promise to call the customer back twice and just lie. Look keep the car its OK plenty of other companies out there. If they base themselves on honesty well they are falling way way short. Typical car dealers.

Great car purchase experience!

The level of professionalism at Toyota Liffey Valley is very high; show room was clean and I was made feeling at ease, before engaging with sales representative, thanks to the welcome desk and coffee/tea equipped seated waiting area. The assistance offered with my purchase was exemplary, with questions centered on my needs and wishes rather than the products itself. I bought a second hand Mazda and traded in my old car; the deal was conducted on an open and fair level, leaving rooms for discussion which eventually led to a high degree of customer satisfaction. Car was presented in mint conditions and financing procedure was seamless. I would like to thank Bill and Elaine for making this a comfortable purchase experience.

Excellent Customer Service & People of Integrity

Actually today 5th of October is my 2nd experience, and I can confidently say Toyota Liffey Valley have great customer service approach. At the 1st visit I needed them to get me a 2nd fob key for my Car, and my experience was fantastic.
2ndly today, I needed to have my car battery changed as a matter of urgency. I've spoken to them and I got a great bargain. Thanks to Jimmy for the bargain 🙌.
However, what amased me most and my reason for writing this review is how super honest the Toyota Liffey Valley team proved to be.
I handed my car to them waiting to get the battery fixed and I pay the agreed bargained price. Staff John came to inform me that my battery is as good as new, and only needed adjustment. Mind you, I had to call for rescue/jump starting 3ce within the previous 1.5day.
I was not charged a penny! 🥂
I was actually dumbfounded because they could have yet changed my battery, got the money and resell the "good as new" or leave the "good as new", and pretend they've changed it, yet get paid.
Thanks to all the team and God Bless you all.

I made an appointment with a gentleman…

I made an appointment with a gentleman on Tuesday of last week as I wanted to test the new Toyota Rav4, I was looking at the Luna version. I arrived as discussed on Saturday morning, looking forward to seeing what the car is about.
We were greeted by a lovely older gentleman, and that was the nicest or the highlighted of the experience. We got handed the keys to the car, after about 15 mins wait (no issues there at all) and asked to have a look and get familiar with the car until he is finishing up with a client, and then we can take it for a test drive, but not to drive it, as he wanted to come along, again no issues there.
Needless to say, no test drive was done and basically, I was told in no uncertain terms I cannot afford the car. The young lad dismissed me and tried talking to the male friend I brought with me, even though he knew who was purchasing the car...I was dismissed, humiliated and insulated, all in the space of about 25 mins.
Happy to take my business somewhere else and for sure I shall be avoiding that garage going forward.
What a total waste of my time!!!

Avoid, avoid!

Loads of staff there but ignored us when we walked in. No prices on half the cars on the forecourt and hard to know which were already sold. Salesman was offering much less than another garage had offered me for a trade in, and was more or less implying I was making it up! Took my business elsewhere and got a great deal.

Best experience in Dublin at Toyota…

Best experience in Dublin at Toyota Liffey Valley.
As my car broken and urgently needed to fix.

At the customer service desk
Sarah Walsh was not only knowledgeable about the issues I was facing as urgently needed she also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand.

Not only did Sara Walsh provide exceptional customer service, but the repair itself was also done flawlessly. My car was returned to me in excellent condition, and I have had no issues since the repair was done. The team at Liffey Valley Toyota clearly knows what they are doing and takes great pride in their work.

I highly recommend Liffey Valley Toyota to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. Their team, especiall Sara Walsh, provides top-notch customer service and ensures that your car is fixed efficiently and effectively. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning for any future car services.

First of all I want congratulate the…

First of all I want congratulate the professionalism in the parts department , I run older Toyota Land Cruiser models , I’m a mechanic myself so do the maintenance myself but needed a Toyota dealer to verify a serial number for a DOE issue ,
I got no help whatsoever from the service department I was Willing to book it in and pay whatever they wanted to print out the form to verify vin number ,
But no I basically got the F off response that they didn’t want my business!
I since Rang Tadg Riordan in Ashbourne and got it booked in straight away without question and Jeep verified and no charge given for 5 mins work , Quality service of which il move my business to them from now on

Would never deal with this place again

Would never deal with this place again, Paid a deposit on a car, I chased them for over a week for update on car collection just to be told the car had issues they couldn't stand up to the warrenty. I was promised call back from sales person and from the sales manager but no communication unless I made the call. Never again deal with Toyota liffey valley

Trust 'break-down'

Always felt they were trying to take advantage of your mechanical ignorance and 'trying it on' by telling you that your break pads need replacing until you reminded them that they replaced your break pads 12 months ago at a cost of 800 and they actually didn't need replacing at all for another year. Trust level very low - will never go there again.

Would not purchase another vehicle from…

Would not purchase another vehicle from Toyota again!! Bought Toyota Proace from new, vehicle has under 90k, and its been riddled with issues. They took van back on last occasion to do, what they said was an injector problem. Being a 4 cylinder engine, its 4 plugs essentially. After work being done, only took a full 4 weeks BTW, van was returned. Gets a call recently to say, that this is not covered under warranty, and that a labour cost of €1000, is in the post!!!. Needless to say, the loss of earnings i had to endure, would exceed this cost. I would highly recommend to stay away from this dealer!!! Go VW next door to them

useless

these geebags got my car in on a recall, tried to get me to spend thousands. i only asked them to change the battery in my fob, which they charged me for but didn't actually do. now they keep emailing me trying to get me to spend thousands and buy a car off them. they wanted to replace my brake discs because there is rust on the parts not in contact with the pads! They won't stop mailing me!
