Excellent customer care

Excellent customer care! My mother-in-law bought a car for her grandson and there was a problem with the suspension but the staff at Toyota of Palo Alto were extremely helpful and helped her get her car fixed. I'd like to appreciate Jordan in particular who helped her.

The most unprofessional and rude car …

The most unprofessional and rude car dealership I've ever come across. So I call them up asking for quote on Camry. The guy on excuse of running a credit check asks me all sorts of questions. It was like being interrogated by a immigration officer! Finally he said because I worked for so and so company, I'll get a lease at a price close to my expectation. But to get best deal I need to come in. Next day I go in. And Mr. Manager of this sales guy takes over the rein. Apparently he is an expert negotiater with recent immigrants, to save his dealership some money. He again starts asking exact same questions but the Master has a better take on every answer I give, than his apprentice. He starts berating my credit and immigration history using phrases like "your credit cards are useless. Banks will give 500/1000$ credit to ANYONE". I explain that it's $20000 credit limit. But he is unstoppable. Goes on to increase my per month leases by $100 and then offers a total of $500 discount on total cost. He explains its a very generous rebate as $500 in India is a lot. So I remind him that we are not in India. But this juggernaut refuses to stop, even at this point. He replies - yes its US but at some point you are going to go back and this money will become worth a lot then. I was speechless. Accepting my defeat I walked out. I wish I had ringed their lame bell before exiting.
