I ordered a lego advent calendar from this company and paid extra for it to arrive on a set day. The item did not arrive so I followed it up, the delay was due to an incorrect postcode and a terrible redirection system by the post office. Neither of these issues were really the fault of the seller. I contacted ToysnFun and they were clearly upset that my parcel had not arrived and although he popular item was now out of stock they offered an alternative and refunded the additional fee I paid for delivery. The new gift arrived the next day via courier, they really went out of their way to solve my issue and made a little girl very happy. Brilliant service, thank you!

really helpful when ordering but such a shame that communication failed between staff who failed to ring and advise delivery times but goods were as described when finally delivered

The web page is reasonably friendly and easy to understand.
I have enjoyed too the shipping fees.

We bought this for our grandson's 1st birthday not certain that he was quite old enough. He loves it - his mum has had to put a cushion at the side so that he doesn't hurt himself when he clambers (usually falls!) out, but he climbs up the slide (yes!) and hoots the horn etc etc. She can hardly keep him off it. Thoroughly recommend this - it's quite large and took my husband a couple of hours to put it together although it wasn't, I'm told, difficult, simply time consuming. Excellent item and first class service - well packed, speedy delivery - no complaints at all. Well done!
