Ordered the little one a gift for Easter and it came in the post not working. Still annoying having to rectify this but the lady on customer service was very helpful and arranged a new toy to be posted out

I ordered a VTech Marble rush Launch…
I ordered a VTech Marble rush Launch Pad for my Grandsons Christmas present. What I received was a Vtech marble rush Starter set. This item is half the price. I returned the goods via Royal mail (tracked) on the 17th November. I am still waiting for my refund despite them receiving the item 21st November. I received an email on 9th December asking for confirmation of the return. The customer service is appalling and as a result I will never purchase anything from them again. I recommend going to smyths instead.
