Delivery does not work
It was impossible to choose a delivery address in the list of addresses proposed. I was forced to indicate an unspecific "address close to my address". Little did I know that "close to my address" would mean a place out in nowhere, about 15-20 km from my home. The delivery was (supposed to be) done by DHL, although this was not indicated at the time of ordering, and never indicated later in confirmation emails either. The result is that I have not received my order and probably won't be able to retrieve it. I'm still trying to find someone who could go and get it, as I cannot possibly go to this address my self during working hours. I called them (had to search the number on Internet first), but they had no other suggestion than to send someone else. I also expect that they will refuse to hand out the package to an other person if I manage to find someone who does not work and has a car(!) to go and get it for me.

We’re so sorry that the experience didn’t correspond to your expectations.
Our goal is obviously that all our customers' addresses should be available in our system. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact our customer service at the number below.
If you choose to get a parcel delivered to the nearest pickup point, our supplier (Bring) makes an assessment based on the offices that are available in the immediate area. Their range estimation is based on the nearest pickup point measured by a straight line.
If the recipient wants someone else to receive his/her package, they must provide their representative with a valid photoid of both individuals or a signed authorization.

On time and in once piece
Ordered 3 nerf guns online; they arrived fast and without a scratch. Would buy there again.
An english language button on the website would be nice - website needs better support for all web browsers.

Frustrating
Order was not shipped as article was out of stock.
Quite frustrating to spend time on searching for a product, filling out order information, just to get a ferw days later the information that product is sold out.
