Postage was a little slower than expected (international) but that was only because an item needed to be transported from another warehouse before it would be sent. That’s not something they can really help

Would have been 5 stars but I ordered 2 similar items for 2 girls. Only got the one. No notification that I was only getting one but I received a refund very quickly hence why I knew I wasn't getting the other one. Now left to try and find a matching item. Otherwise a 5 star rating.
