Ordered a bike which we returned as was smaller than we realised for my 5 year old. Returned intact and hadn't even opened the packaging. Returned by tracked postage and 2 and a half weeks later still waiting for a refund. Emailed proof of return and tracking details with date they recieved the item back. Keep being told the refund will be escalated but never hear anything back. Never have I had this many issues in returning something, would never buy again from here. Called again today and now im being told the refund is in process but I have not recieved any notification to say my refund has been processed. Awful customer service, quick to take my money but hesitant on giving it back

I received my items today, it took over two weeks to arrive. I did not get a confirmation email so I had no idea when it was due to be delivered.

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item - they sent a similar one but nearly £20 cheaper. Conveniently the item I actually ordered is now ‘out of stock’ - can’t help but feel they’ve sent the wrong one knowingly in the hope I wouldn’t notice. Pretty rubbish service when it’s a Christmas gift for a 4 year old who will now be disappointed.

slow customer service, slow dispatch times, zero comms. Avoid
struggling to get a response on an order placed a week ago despite the promise of quick delivery on their site. Now not going to get to the recipient anywhere near on time and I will need to pay again for forward postage. Not impressed with the customer service, speed or handling of any of this order. Avoid and purchase elsewhere
For clarity to this response below. I didn't email to randomly change my address. After the item not even being dispatched for seven days and me having to email to chase. YOUR customer services emailed me back and said I could change it's address. No mention of needing to call in order to do it before it was finally ever sent. Please do not misrepresent the facts. My review is accurate, your reply is gaslighting.
I will be emailing as per your suggestion and I will update here. I don't appreciate anyone pretending they are going to resolve an issue for show.

Very negative experience with this company.
Positives - The item I ordered was in stock & offered at a good price.
Negatives - The item has not been delivered now well over a week overdue. Contacting their help desk results in repeated replies that the item is still on its way to their main warehouse. No dispatch date in sight & a date deadline to fulfil on this gift to my grandchild looms. Their website is poor. Very unhappy.

Terrible customer service! Avoid
I ordered 10 comfort blankets for my baby because they keep getting lost. Two weeks after placing the order we hadn’t received any correspondence or our delivery, we had just received the original e mail stating that delivery would be in 2-5 days. After 2 weeks we phoned up and was told they would be going out for post in a day or 2, as there were only 7 in stock and they were waiting for the last 3 before they sent out. A week later we had received no more correspondence so we phoned up to be told they were still waiting, we asked if they could possibly send what they had in stock and send the remaining when they had them, keep in mind it has now been 3 weeks and we haven’t received any updates, the customer service agent (if you could call them that) said they could do that if we were to pay postage again to send the second delivery. This company deserves to go bankrupt based on this encounter and I’m sure they will. I’m so bored of business blaming the economy on their struggles, when they are offering customer service like this. Steer clear, they may or may not send your item out (my order value was about £80) so only order what you can afford to lose, because I’m sure of I wasn’t chasing them it wouldn’t have been sent at all!
In the end I asked they send the 7 and refund the 3 and I will be blacklisting this company with all of my friends and family!

To clarify, we do not blame the economy for any delays. As outlined in our FAQs, we operate from multiple warehouses across the country, and items must first reach our main dispatch hub before an order can be shipped. In rare cases, particularly as we approach the busy holiday period, delays can occur when our transport partners transfer items between locations. These delays are outside of our direct control, but we always do our best to minimise any impact on our customers.
In your case, your order was held because we were waiting for the final three blankets to arrive at the dispatch hub so that the full order could be sent together. We’re sorry this was not communicated more clearly. When you requested the split shipment, the postage charge referenced was simply the standard cost required to send two separate parcels rather than one, not an additional fee we impose intentionally. That said, we completely understand how this came across, and we will be reviewing our communication to ensure situations like this are explained more clearly.
We’re glad we were able to send the seven blankets and arrange a refund for the remaining items as requested, but we sincerely wish the process had been smoother for you. Your feedback is important, and we will be using it to improve both our customer communication and internal handling of partial-stock orders.
