Spariti dopo la mia richiesta di sostituzione di prodotto guasto

Ho acquistato un 'automobilina radiocomandata alla Fiera del Modellismo di Verona il 9/3/25 allo stande della Riflex srl di Fano, società del gruppo. Il prodotto era guasto e non utilizzabile. Fin dal primo giorno dopo l'acquisto ho contattato l'azienda per farmelo sostituire o rimborsare ma dopo svariati rimpalli tra importatore e distributore nazionale, alle mie varie richieste telefoniche e via mail non ho ottenuto alcuna risposta. Nonostante le condizioni di vendita dal sito dichiarino che in caso di prodotti guasti, purché dichiarati entro 10 giorni dall'acquisto, ne è prevista la sostituzione, i signori sono scomparsi. Eviterei di acquistare anche on-line, non si sa mai che come è capitato a me, arrivi merce rotta.
