I got a drift kart from this company amd i had it 6months got told to go check batterys myself and when i told them the batterys are ok and not faulty i then got told they would send other parts to see if probelm can be fixed that was over 3 weeks ago and now they dont respond to calls or emails and when you phone the shop they tell you its the shop next door amd they just answer calls for them unreal !!!!! You get a whats app number and when i asked for a refund or replacement got told its used they dont do refunds or replacements and they will send parts i have called and whats app over a dozen times amd they dont get back to you AVOID AVOID AVOID SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely disgusting service got a 24 volt Range Rover for my son and after using it 2 times it is not working and these cowboys expect me to fit the part my self. Please avoid at all costs

I paid £60 for the prebuilt service. After I opened the box of the electric ride on car, it wasn’t prebuilt. Called the shop, the lady said she wasn’t the person who deal with it and advised me to call the boss directly. Kept calling the boss, never picked up the phone.

Absolutely thrilled with the 24v Lamborghini Aventador. The setail and quality is amazing. I can only imagine that the people who make these sat down and thought "let's really go to town on this" the parts were all very well wrapped, not a mark on anything. I only wish I was a kid again to riide in it! A very honest business. Answered my questions quickly. I would strongly recommend if you're thinking about one, don't hesitate. They kept their word about delivery too which was wonderful, as it meant our daughter got her Birthday surprise. A big thank you to the team 10 out of 10.

Brought a flat pack ride on car. Delivered in a huge box on a pallet. Arrived quickly and very easy to build. Kids love it. Battery already had some charge when it came so kids were able to ride it straight away.

Really annoying actually as I purchased an item a while back and specifically wanted the personalized number plate which they didn't send and after a while just ignored my requests... now I make another purchase and request the number plate and surprise surprise it didn't come.
