Brilliant my daughter loves it delivery was quicker than expected 11/10

Nice tractor, very minimal assembly needed, ideal for a 3 1/2 year old boy who's tractor mad. Oh and super quick delivery.

Where to start the product is amazing for the customer service is oporling. Delivery times are not accurate and the tracking app is quite pointless in my opinion. Very rude people that work there and the phone manner is very disgusting. Would not recommend to any one who is having it delivered as they take the plss.

Bought 2 Actross mercedes trucks with trailers for our grandsons xmas. Very easy to order and delivery was quick. Was very impressed with the quality of them when they arrived. Unfortunately one broke after being used twice. We contacted the guys and they immediately arranged a video call to see the issue. It needed the steering arm re-welded (nothing major) and they immediately authorised a repair by my local garage and covered the cost without question. Great company - we will certainly use them again when my grand-daughter is old enough for a ride on and have recommended them to family and friends. Thanks guys 👍👍

Best company ever .. we order a car ...and we was moving a house , we was worried we go to miss delivery but the company work with as very well and do everything to send us a car before we move ...for 10000% we can say the best company !!!

Toy came with screws missing and there is a chip on the back of the toy as well, I have just put it up Xmas eve and had to botch it together to let me little girl get what she wants for Xmas joke !!!!!

Purchased a tractor for my son for his Christmas and I'm absolutely over the moon with it. Great in every way shape and form. Delivery drivers where lovely too. Thank you so much you've made a 2 year old Christmas magical

Poor communication. Once chased the email was very blunt and the second one was not answered to. No confirmation email of purchase with tracking so you had no idea where the product was. It did arrive about 5 days after the order was placed. Slow delivery also for what is charged.

I'm very pleased with the car I got, very worth the money.

recieved my sons Xmas present an it looks great but there's a few issues 

1.missing charger which makes the toys pointless without a charge 

2. Missing ford rear badge 

3.i had to fix the rear left light as it wasn't clipped in an reverse lense was loose 

4.i ask for it not to be assembled an it arrived assembled it looks to me to be a return an resent to me also screws and a split pin sitting loose in the footwell
