I am still waiting on my delivery it says delivered and signed for but nothing received

The real measure of a company’s quality is not the service you get when every thing goes smoothly but how they deal with problems. I ordered a Jaguar F Type ride on electric car which was delivered promptly within a couple of days. On opening up the box I found that the bonnet had a bad chip/scrape. A quick e mail was followed by a quick response then a replacement within 24 hours.
I assembled the car, which looked absolutely great, but found that the remote control would operate the steering so another email resulted in a another quick reply with suggestions for a remedy. Within minutes every thing was operational. Would I buy from Toyzngadgetz again? Certainly good products, good prices and more importantly great service. Thank you Tabrez.

Fast delivery, good product.

Brought Mercedes c63 was delivered late, the car come in box that was ripped and damaged ! The car it’s self was fine at first then battery went on it even tho every other day it would get charged as my son watches tv inside it, I rang them to be told it must be the way I charge battery I’ve always had a problem with battery as my friend got a car same time for he’s son and it last much longer even tho it’s 4x4 like my sons one ! Nothing to rectify the problem even tho a good 850 spent between me and my friend !
