Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.. u send a complain on their websites and they reply by giving u an email that they will never reply to
Then give u a phone number that they will stay days not replying to their phone calls or messages
Orders are supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days as per their website its been 9 days and my order still hasn't shipped!
They never give any excuses for the delay and keep saying we will ship tomorrow but never do!!!
I asked them many times to cancel my order and refund but of course they ignored me
Worst experience ever i would give zero stars if it was available!!
