Feedback on Process Improvement / The agents are polite...
The agents' email notes are polite and professional, however, they return my items (2 times in a row) before I receive the item without an explanation. My AMEX is charged then credited in a day or so. I need to reach out to them with an Order # asking for an explanation. Shouldn't a customer be notified with an explanation along with an order # why the item was returned?!. Secondly feedback on the company and/or online experience, why do I receive an AD on my email feed indicating the same item that was returned is available now!! I proceed to purchase again and I get charged and a refund again in a day or so indicating you have a return without an explanation. It doesn't make sense. This is an easy fix for all 3 emails, agent's email and 3rd party purchase/return transaction emails. Please include Order # with a thorough explanation in an email return and the 3rd party email purchase/return notifications. That way the customer can do a search on his/her inbox for verification and cross reference. If one is shopping only from one store there is no need for this, however, with all the shopping online it's hard to cross reference purchases and returns without a SEARCH KEYWORD, search key being order #. Thank you for taking my feedback and your time. :)
