Tim came out at short notice to rectify a problem we had with our Shower Pump because we couldn't use the shower because the pump wouldn't start, he checked it out plus the pipework in the end he eventually decided to change the pump, everything is working perfectly now. Tim has just fitted a level access shower for my parents on behalf of Bathing Solutions. Excellent job and very professional throughout, working around carers coming in. Tim arrived at 8am to remove the bath and fit a floor level shower.
immediate problem the floor was tiled over thick board and unsuitable.
no problem at all Tim removed the tiled floor and laid an new floor.
once the bath was removed a new problem re waste pipes was revealed, no problem Tim found an answer.
an 8am start for each day saw the work completed in four days and all rubbish removed.
I now have a very smart shower room installed to allow movement of a wheelchair.
The shower room has been used daily since this very expert installation.
