I originally contacted tech support (I had an overarching enquiry).that guy was great: attentive, informed and he forwarded my query to another department - they called me back with useful suggestions and tips. They couldn't have been more helpful.
I think the problem is probably resolved.

Just dealt with Yas from Trackershop to order a full security package for my new vehicle. Yas was very professional and polite and made the whole process really easy. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle security needs and if you get the pleasure of dealing with Yas the experience will be seamless. 5 stars

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU TRYING TO GET IMMOBILISER WITHIN A WEEK.
Worst CS team ever:
They don’t arrange your booking properly.
They grabbed your money and placed your order aside.
When you trying to contact them, they will ghost you.
They will ignore your cancellation and refund request.

I have to send a formal complaint and mention FOS.

FINAL UPDATE: Following my escalation to senior management and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) preparation, the company contacted me directly today. They have now formally processed my refund through Klarna and sent a written confirmation. I appreciate that they finally took ownership of the mistake and resolved the matter swiftly once escalated. Case closed.

Do not believe the reviews regarding Tracker Shop. The service I have experienced has been dreadful. One shining light has been the sales guy who has been the only person to answer calls or try to help. The Sales Manager despite his assurances did not call back nor has he answered any of my calls or even had the decency to refund me. One failed fitting attempt, no attempt to rebook, no communication and now no refund! Think carefully before choosing Tracker Shop,

Genuinely believe most reviews here are AI generated. Company never answers the phone , emails or messages about bookings. Left without my purchase and had to contact my bank for a refund.

Just had my car fitted with a ghost immobiliser by Edson at Tracker shop, Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better engineer, was so polite and knowledgeable and you could tell he enjoyed and cared about the work he was doing. Explained everything thoroughly throughout and made sure i understood everything. Also made clear if i had any problems i could contact him for help and advice. Highly Recommended.

I purchased a tracker for my motorcycle, including a two-year subscription, which cost me around £600 in total. The installation was completed just a couple of days after my purchase, which was great at first.

However, after only four weeks, the tracker completely stopped working. I called customer support and was told that a technician would contact me. Two days passed and nobody contacted me. I called again and was once again told that someone would get in touch, but I still haven’t heard from anyone.

Meanwhile, my motorcycle no longer appears on the tracking map, meaning it is currently not protected at all. I paid around £600 specifically to have my motorcycle protected, but instead I have a non-working system and no support.

I also asked a simple question: if my motorcycle is stolen while the tracker is not working due to their failure to fix the issue, will they cover my losses? The answer was no.

I honestly don’t understand what I paid for. I spent around £600 on the tracker and a two-year subscription, yet the product failed after only four weeks. Customer service keeps making promises but takes no action, leaving me with an expensive system that provides no protection. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Edson arrived on time and completed the work as required in a professional manner. It was a real pleasure to meet him and have him do our cars (2) installations. Very friendly and patient during our training lesson at the end! Highly recommend Edson!

Ordered Oxford tracker vantage s7 with two years subscription.
1. waited 10 days for local engineer to fit.
2. Engineer fitted wrong Tracker,
Then had to wait for the correct unit to be delivered and fit.
3. Engineer soldered directly into loom and did not use supplied loom kit!.
4. It's now four days after fitting and several very long and confusing conversations to head office and they still have not registered my two year subscription, so no Tracker.
Still ongoing and very disappointed with this service.

Great customer service from a gent called Yas, courteous and non pushy - advised to get an immobiliser aswell as current tracker on new car purchase. Left mobile just incase i don’t get a call from engineer with agreed time frame

Rang and spoke to Yas this morning. Very helpful, talked me through the various options I was looking at for my car and helped me pick the one right for me. Friendly and helpful with no hard sell. 5*

Bought ghost 11 immobiliser few days ago had acknowledgement email etc a install date would follow on day 3 full working and none of the phone numbers answer left on hold for ever no answer so reading reviews I can't believe there even true absolute shambles of a operation aviod .

Edson Dias was efficient and personable and made fitting and explanation of a Ghost immobiliser very easy. He even put up with my delaying him by fiddling over my wife’s iPhone to install the (optional) Ghost app. Excellent service - could not be bettered.

Edson Dias was our technician today installing a gps locator and immobilizer. He worked very quickly and did excellent work. Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend his work
