Dave messaged to let us know what time he'd be with us and again when he was close by.
He stayed with us until the problem was sorted which ended up being quite a few hours.
Whilst he was carrying out the work he explained the process throughout.

Edson kept me updated on his arrival time, and was very professional in his approach to the job and very helpful in explaining how it all works.

Trackshop was amazing from start to finish, they explained everything to me clearly and provided me with all the information i needed to be happy with my purchase. They booked me in instantly with 3 working days which great.
Edson the engineer was amazing very efficient, kind and great sense of humour and was amazing at explaining and answering all my questions. He installed the device professionally and carefully and then tested and explained everything how it works and also provided amazing advice.
He was amazing with time keeping messeged a day before with time slot and messeged me an hour before he arrived and came on time. Thankyou so much for the amazing service and great conversation

Could not fault the service one bit, was first class. We have used them twice now and both times we have been so happy. Edson Dias who fitted the tracker today was excellent. Fast, efficient and so so lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very easy to organise, great communication, installer, Edson Dias, messaged the night before to give me eta for the morning, arrived spot on. Very friendly and organised, especially with the rain! Installed all in the said time, left the car clean and tidy, gave me a good rundown on how Ghost all worked.
Only negative was at point of sale installation be within 1-4 days, soonest they could offer was 7 days, but managed to get it in 6.

I got the item installed (had to chase for installation as was reaching their forecast timeline) after done I emailed customer service to have a completion certificate. Emailed a few times over the next few weeks and nothing. Finally said they would provide it. That was over a week ago. Shocking customer service.

SGHconnect reminded me of the apppointment to fit a tracker and on the night before their engineer Edson Dias notified me of a 2 hour slot the next day.
Edson arrived punctually within the slot and both his attitude and professionalism were excellent in installing the tracker.
Would highly recommend the installation service.

I enquired about getting an immobiliser and tracker fitted at Trackershop and had the pleasure of speaking with Jenny Williams. She was so professional and explained all about what would be best for my new car. She backed it up with a very well explained email detailing how and why and cost. Based on Jenny’s excellent call I went ahead with the purchase and made my order.

Had my tracker installed by Edson Dias the other day. He was extremely efficient and so helpful in explaining how it all worked. Excellent service.

Replied to query very quickly and sorted out my problem. Very impressed with the service

Fantastic service. Harvey arrived on time and did a clean job of fitting the tracker and helped me set it up on my phone. All working and very pleased with the service of Trackershop.

Ordered an immobiliser and was given a date fitted for next week.

Engineer texted the day before and we reminded him there is a 1 hour window we have responsibilities. (the installation is between 08:00 - 18:00)

Never got a response so texted him again the next day but failed to get a response again.

Called him to tell him and he acknowledged the message. But guess what? They came at the time we told them we were busy and within 10minutes they said the office was kicking off and telling him he had to leave.

Made a few calls and finally got through to someone from a different department and was told that the booking team will get back to me by the end of the day.

Heard nothing back from them. Now I'm stuck. We've moved to a new house where the area is less secure and needed this alarm ASAP.

Worried the refund process will be troublesome now judging from other poor rated reviews.

Just want to say a big Thankyou to Edson Dias for fitting my Ghost immobiliser in my new car. He is a fantastic guy, such good customer service. Im well pleased.
Everything was so professional and the installation was quick and no hassle to me at all. Definitely recommend getting him to fit yours.

Edson Dias fixed my immobiliser and tracker and he did a great job. Super friendly and very quick. Would 100% reccomend.

Edison updated me the evening before the appointment and when on route. He worked in a very tidy and professional way and walked me through the fitting and how the system worked He showed me how to activate the system and how to disarm it for services. Made the journey very simple. Very happy with the product and the professional approach to fitting it and care of the customer. This is what good service looks like.
