Brilliant service and great communication.

For several years I have used TrackerWay with good service and I decided to update the tracker and continue with the existing sim in another new unit. They informed me this was possible and so I purchased a further tracker to use 4g.
The help they gave me to transfer the sim was clear and responsive and successful. TrackerWay customer support did good for me.

I would like new equipment to be added at no cost and to be able to add mdvr since the market is heading in that direction and also to be able to have an application for Apple iPhone.
And if they could do a course on the use of the platform and add WhatsApp notifications

How I can get the quick support and getting more access on the platform.

I love this software for tracking my scooter.
TrackerWay updates the software frequently with new functions and support is pretty good.

what i like about the system its user friendly and easy to use and also has many functionalities other systems don't have. what i don't really like same of the old model trackers i was using before stop working or not reporting well on the system for example the teltonika FMA120 longer works well and also the team takes long to respond to emails when there an issues may suggest another means of commutations other than emails like skype or whatsapp

I have been using the trackerway software for a long time and I am very satisfied with it. However, I recently received a message from trackerway that my subscription will soon come to an end and that if I have any questions, I can simply reply to the email. I then tried several times to contact trackerway to renew my subscription but there is simply no response !!?? I think this is very bad!? very disappointing !!!

Sadly, an update. After the initial excitement we hit a bump in the road and I've had no contact regarding a support issue in over 5 days. A shame really as started off brilliantly. Below my original review, but far from that at the moment.

Platform - superb, really easy to use. Support - fantastic, quick response, informative answers. They genuinely read what you are asking for help with, rather than just blasting back an unrelated support guide. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Easy to use software, they clearly explain how to set server on tracker, software does what we require from it

TrackerWay offers great value for a reasonable price. I can surviel my car when I am away, for less than 20cents a day. The service of the provider is direct and uncomplicated, no HelpDesk-Robot-WaitingTime. The Device is not the smallest, but well made and always working. I inclueded the SIM Card from TrackerWay, and there no worries about Roaming or Network Provider.

Great service with easy to use interface. Looking forward to further development of the platform with more features. Keep it up Trackerway not many as good and user friendly on the market
